Kinda weird the district manager is always at that store yet he seems to disregard that the carpet needs to be replaced with new flooring and its been that way for years . Its so bad I stepped in and let them borrow a carpet cleaning machine and it helped a little bit and then they had it cleaned by some half ass professionals and it didn't last long now its back to the way it was before read more

Every single time I call him they never have any Pokémon cards. There's definitely some back door or employee a friend hook up going on this location. read more

If I could leave a Zero star review for not just this location but ALL of GameStop , GAME STOP CORPORATE. They won't let me return a product that I bought from them 2 days ago. I spent well over $200 for something I Don't want any longer. It wasn't fitting our gaming needs. So now I'm out $200 and out a controller. read more

It's honestly a Pretty small but overall great place. I've had a few bad experiences with the employees in the past, but overall, it's a good place to shop games at read more

I have been to this GameStop several times and never had an issue until this week. The employees refused to sell me a product because I didn't want to buy warranty for the item. Never again will this location be receiving my business! read more

Late to the game, but I finally decided to get a Switch with Breath of the Wild and the lady helping me was wonderful! Quick, simple and to the point. I don't remember her name but she had glasses and a Tokyo Ghoul shirt. This location is also very close to my house, can't wait to get New Horizons! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Bought 3 Pokémon items last month online as a gift for holidays with stipulation that you can return at least 30 days after shipment received, came back today and they changed their return policy on Dec 10, well after I had bought my items with the stipulation that I could return them. I got the wrong items, and now I'm stuck with them and can't return them because they changed the return policy arbitrarily without notice, so I got screwed over. DONT BUY read more

So I used to go to the GameStop in North Miami and I loved them. I moved and was nervous as I wanted to make sure that the closer GameStop could meet our needs. I do wish that they had more WII U stuff for my little ones, but I was impressed with everyone in the store. They were able to keep me updated about BC 360 games for the Xbox 1 as well as what is really worth our time to play. We walked out feeling that we got a great deal on our games and have decided that this is our new GameStop. Keep up the GREAT Service!! read more

Being able to unknowingly complete a favored memory of your childhood by a staff who can relate no matter the age is a nice plus all on it's own! Having own the orginal Nightcrawler from the 90's , it was nice to have the staff help me locate the new marvel legends version. All I can say is ....Ask an you shall Recieve! read more

I called ahead asking for a console. I spoke to Tad on the phone and he told me he has none in the store, but can have one shipped to me with free shipping if I come to the store and pay for it there. I told him I was on the way and I arrived in just 10 mins. After waiting in line for 20 mins for him to finish just one single customer, he tells me there are none left for him to order and the 3 he saw in his system are no longer available. What a disappointing waste of time. Pretty fucked up read more

Recently went in to finish purchasing jump force.. i don't remember her name but she was at the counter. I couldn't get any words out to even start my sentence.. rude, annoying, and a non existent customer service.. on top of that GameStop sold me a defective disk good thing I had recorded myself opening n trying to start the game.. read more

Went in to buy the new formula 1 game and checked online if it was in stock it was. couldn't find it on the shelf. So I asked the girl at the counter. Do you have any of the formula 1 games? N her response was what ever on the shelf is what we have n she went back to the computer. I was also the only person in the store. So I kept looking n asked again. I can't find anything in the f section so I guess you don't have it? (a game that was just released) and she snapped at me n said if it's not on the shelf we don't t have it. So I said ok sorry for bothering you n was walking out she asked if i want the new one and I said yea. She then goes oh yea we have it. (The game we behind the counter n not on the shelf) be carefully if you go here n the same girl is working be careful...major attitude issue... make sure you know the layout of the store to find your item cause asking is a problem read more

If I could give half a star I would. I recently went in to purchase spider man in a great mood! Ready to zap spider webs everywhere! Until I met Jordan, unfortunately Jordan was extremely pushy, and did not want to let me leave without preordering Forza. Though I kindly declined the $5 preorder Jordan kept pushing it down my throat saying I won't get it unless I preorder, funny, he even told me he'll be seeing me release day when I "Won't" be getting it, like some 8 year old ridiculing a friend. After that weird encounter I head to my car to review my receipt and notice Jordan added on a CD warranty by himself without asking or letting me know, I then paid for this $3 warranty. $3 isn't the end of the world, but I'm writing this due to the principle behind it. After I head back inside to speak to Jordan he says "my bad" and hands be $3 bucks, interestingly enough I didn't share any words with Jordan because by now I notice he's an immature young man who cares solely about up selling his customers with whatever they may not want, as I'm leaving the store he says "and don't come back". Jordan was a true class act. read more
