He said his name was Mo and apparently he feels he is better than almost everybody he comes in contact with and customers are a necessary evil wasting his time. I learned that this location in Westlake is a franchise location so apparently he must be a little rich kid that thinks his parents have money or something and he tolerates the rest of us. I wanted to keep my T-Mobile plan and I just go over to North Olmsted now. They offer really good customer service and don't treat you like you're a piece of dog sh*t in their parking lot So I won't be back.
