However, the process and time you will spend there is 1 Star. We have been at this location 4 times in the last two years. Each time we are there 2-4 hours. We go during the week days when they are less busy, but even when there are only one or two customers before us, it is still a minimum of an hour wait. We have bought two new phones, traded in another phone and had them help us with a new glass cover on the 4 occasions. They are slow, not organized in any way, and I'm not sure why we keep going back except that we have been Verizon customers for years and this is our easiest access location. Just know going in that you will need to not be in a hurry and you will waste your entire day there.
