Went into this TMobile and not really sure if the guy there was just having a bad day or if he's just a bad employee but interacting with him ruined my day..... and I won't be back. He said his name was Mo and apparently he feels he is better than almost everybody he comes in contact with and customers are a necessary evil wasting his time. I learned that this location in Westlake is a franchise location so apparently he must be a little rich kid that thinks his parents have money or something and he tolerates the rest of us. I wanted to keep my T-Mobile plan and I just go over to North Olmsted now. They offer really good customer service and don't treat you like you're a piece of dog sh*t in their parking lot So I won't be back. read more

If I could give them negative stars I certainly would! My wife and I went to this location to put her on the plan when we got married. We were informed that we could have a tablet if we only paid service on it for four months. Great deal right? Wrong. We called in to cancel the service and keep the tablet and were told that we must complete 24 months of service for the tablet. Nothing was ever given to us in writing or implied. At $10 a month, $240 for a crappy Acatel tablet was a ripoff. They wouldn't even let us pay off the balance on the tablet immediately and forced us into a loan. Seriously don't go here. I typically go to this location when i have questions or want to upgrade my phone. I recently learned that a female friend/neighbor went to this location and was highly disrespected by a male employee that continuously referred to her as "sweetie" whilst dismissing her questions as insignificant and not really addressing her concerns. For the purpose of this reviewi am a white male business owner and i acknowledge i dint experience much of the discrimination and hurt that some of our female, minority or handicapped neighbors and friends may. That said, i recognize my responsibility to stand with her and with all women in America in asserting my complete honor to use my voice to express disapproval of mysoginistic behavior. Was promised a 52" TV and after 5 weeks & 3 return trips ("keep looking in your email-it's coming") someone had the nerve to tell me it wasn't available on the plan I was sold. Classic bait and switch. Be careful of the lies. Would give this 0 stars if I could. Same management at Avon and Lorain stores. Looking at you, Florida transplant.
