This is not a real T-Mobile store. They are a third party retailer, so they can completely scam you and there's really nothing a REAL t mobile store can do. DO NOT COME HERE. These people are straight liars that have no idea what they are doing, and they are RUDE AF. After being scammed into getting an iPhone, i went to a real T-Mobile where they said I could've gotten a replacement phone through my protection plan i had been paying for for 5 years. Even with a cracked screen. So these people STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME AND GAVE ME "GHOST LINES" The guy at the real T-Mobile had never heard of ghost lines. Like what the f kind of shady business is this? I should've walked out when the employees were literally rolling their eyes at me or when they let a man into his t mobile account without him showing any forms of ID. This place needs to shut down. Had a bad experience with a service rep on December 26th at 11 am. We went to get an eSim activated for a new iPhone (coming from Android). The first question asked was "why didn't you do it over the phone instead?". It was obvious from the start she didn't want to help us. She then insisted that we had to have ANOTHER phone number on the plan (aside from the one Android we brought with the original physical SIM) to send a verification code to. When we asked why we needed a second phone number, she accused us of being "defensive". So we left and did it over the phone, where it turns out, we DIDNT need the second phone number on the plan. It also turns out that dictating 4 numbers of 20+ digits is indeed harder to do over the phone than in person read more

Hello! The location is very nice and somewhat clean. Some associates are willing to help however, Angel the assistant manager, is unwilling to assist in updating phone plans if you are a current customer. He told me I could do it myself if I just call 611. Now what I need done is to verify some information and he still gave me wrong information. The store manager Ashley is condescending to all the customers and is in such a hurry to get the customers out of the store she dismisses everything they say. She directs her mistakes back to the customer insisting it is their fault. I was told I could not go out and then back into the store ? She cuts you off if you dare have an opposing viewpoint. I went to T-Mobil to talk about my new Z-flip hone to tell them how horrible the phone was. The man up front said wait a moment and called out a women who was the shift manager. She seemed angry when she went behind the counter and said how can I help you. I slide my phone over to her and said "these phones suck and I want to see....she instantly interrupted me and told me not be be hostile. I was taken aback as I am not a hostile person and in my 63 years of life was never accused of being hostile. I then said, I am not being hostile, do you think you can work with me. She reminded I was being hostile and I said if you have a problem working with me I can g elsewhere and she said yeah go ahead fine. I walked out and she yelled God bless you. My wife and I talked for a few and decided to go back in and see what we needed to do to close out our account and go elsewhere. As soon as I walked in she said your are interfering with my traffic in my store. I looked around and said there is only one person we just want to pay off our account. She said her video cameras keep track of instore traffic. I tried to explain but she was angry and refused to help. She seemed very angry from the time we walked in. I could not beleive she would not let us pay off the bill sand get information. She refused. I finally said F you and walked out. She kept saying God bless you. I called 611 spent 40 minutes on the phone and they were great then they sent me to 3232 E Speedway we told them what happened and they apologized for her behavior and spent 2 hours helping us. I talked to several people and posted the experience on Facebook and people began to way how that store is so rude to people, and that store. I also talked to another person who knows that store and found out she has had several people in the past month complain about her. I have never ever experienced something like this in all my life little long being told I was hostile. I will never step foot in that store again with a shift manager who believes she is right and the customer is wrong. i am grateful T mobile has a good team of workers who try to solve problems, but this store and that manager can destroy T-mobiles good name. read more
