She was able to give me a quick rundown of the different avenues. Once I have a few thing settled, I plan to return to this location and work with her again.

They didn't even pay off my phone with my previous company like they said they would. I've been with Verizon for 3 months and they STILL haven't given me anything I was promised. On top of that my bills are insanely high. I called the store to fix this so many times! I've gone into the store over and over but STILL no one has fixed it. I've even spoken to Nick the manager but I have to keep texting for updates. Still nothing has been done. it's beyond frustrating to have employees who only care about the sale. I was promised so much but yet I can't even get a single thing addressed.

We came in close to closing time expecting to replace one phone and ended up leaving with four upgraded phones and two Apple Watches. Ms. Kendall N. was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She explained every option clearly, helped transfer our data, and made sure everyone in our family was comfortable using their new devices before we walked out. The biggest surprise was when Jonny came back after leaving for the evening just to help make everything run smoothly. That kind of dedication says a lot about the team at this store. We're not even local, but if we ever need Verizon service again, we'll make the trip back because of Kendall and Jonny. Five stars all the way!

Brand new place! When other Verizon stores are busy you might be able to skip the line by coming…read morehere, at least until everyone else catches on. This whole complex is a great addition to the Norfolk Premium Outlets area, growing quickly. Check-in kiosks are at the front door. An associate then calls you to a desk at the back. I like this setup better than the counter-style service at older stores. The associates were friendly and helpful when I was there. If you have to wait (I didn't) they have a "genius bar" like counter where you can sit or a wall of new phones you can oogle. Like I said, brand new so everything is super clean and functional. Although I would have appreciated a couch or a softer place to sit. Parking isn't really an issue although there's a popular pizza place next door. However getting in and out of the lot can sometimes be a pain. I suggest avoiding the packed driveway by Chik-Fil-A and going a little farther to the easy, empty driveway at the Burger IM end of the lot (farther from the stoplight).

He has really been good to help my friends, family & our former business by determining the best plan for their needs. I had been holding onto a grandfathered plan for many years & thought it could get no better. He found a plan for Seniors who purchased phones on their own that was better, even including cellular for my iPad & Apple Watch. Recently I bought a new iPad on line through the Apple Store. I knew how to set it up. The only task I had never performed was removing the SIM Card from my old iPad & inserting it into the new. Since the SIM Card lays, rather than snaps into the tray, it was hard to keep it in the tray & get it to snap in. I got in my car & immediately went to this Verizon Store. One of the employees immediately snapped it in for me. They are really nice and helpful. The store is a standalone across Independence Boulevard from Haygood Shopping Center. There is ample parking & a curb cut on Independence so you can turn in coming from the north. No U turn required. The store is spacious, clean and is adequately staffed. I highly recommend it. But if one can determine what store Jeff now works at Remember......He's the best!!!

With that in mind, I came to THIS amazing location and was greeted with amazing customer service as usual. Trinity and Brendan were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. We found a solution to the problem (that I have been trying to find a resolution for for the previous 3 days) in about 30 minutes. He explained all promotions and went into detail what each item that will be charged on each of our accounts. Even when we ran into hiccups, he took the time to have us come back into the store and sit down with us while we resolved any issues and concerns. To comparison shop for a phone we went to sprint first, then we went to Verizon to compare deals but the Verizon store on princess Anne, which was fairly busy, all employees had no masks. Employees and customers within 2 feet of each other. Shocked. Complete disregard for safety and common courtesy. Even the customers there at Verizon, besides one couple out of 4 other pairs of people, no masks. We left and went back to sprint. Sprint customer service was amazing! Friendly, courteous, respectful and aware of how viruses work. With masks. Besides the great customer service, even the customers were all wearing masks. Just overall a professional and courteous and safe environment.
