But the store helps me get the best Verizon plan regarding of where I purchase my phone. Jeff, who no longer is based at this location, is amazing. He has really been good to help my friends, family & our former business by determining the best plan for their needs. I had been holding onto a grandfathered plan for many years & thought it could get no better. He found a plan for Seniors who purchased phones on their own that was better, even including cellular for my iPad & Apple Watch. Recently I bought a new iPad on line through the Apple Store. I knew how to set it up. The only task I had never performed was removing the SIM Card from my old iPad & inserting it into the new. Since the SIM Card lays, rather than snaps into the tray, it was hard to keep it in the tray & get it to snap in. I got in my car & immediately went to this Verizon Store. One of the employees immediately snapped it in for me. They are really nice and helpful. The store is a standalone across Independence Boulevard from Haygood Shopping Center. There is ample parking & a curb cut on Independence so you can turn in coming from the north. No U turn required. The store is spacious, clean and is adequately staffed. I highly recommend it. But if one can determine what store Jeff now works at Remember......He's the best!!!

She was amazing in helping me navigate the situation, and gave me the exact information I needed. As we were finishing up, I asked for information about repairing vs replacing/upgrading my phone. She was able to give me a quick rundown of the different avenues. Once I have a few thing settled, I plan to return to this location and work with her again.

The owner has it!…read more purchased 2 antique Radios which Bill refurbished...a Zenith from 1930's, and a Minerva from the 1940's. Most of the tubes and capacitators were replaced. Both AM radios also have Short wave bands! Bill has even offered to build in a blu tooth Jack so I have the ability to listen to Old time Radio shows clearly! I may take him up on that especially if the blu tooth Jack can be patched to my tablet and pick up Sirius Radio. Bill stands behind his work and his prices are very reasonable. Best find just North of Ghent in Norfolk!

Started going here because they are now an Amazon return center. When I switched to Cricket, I had 4 bars and 12mb download speeds at my house. Something happened…read moreabout 2 years ago to the signal here. I get one bar signal in house and 2 bars if I go outside. Cannot make calls from inside the house and had to switch to WiFi calling. Made several contacts with Cricket support but evidently, parent company ATT is not concerned about the Cricket customers. The tower is 1/4 mile from my house but when I drive over to the tower, I get 5 bar signal. Drive about 8 blocks and signal drops to 2 bars. Some issue with the tower but they won't fix it. Seems the towers are left over from the 2G days and are past the end of their life cycle. I suspect as their towers get old in other areas and start to weaken, their coverage problems will extend to most of USA. I would not recommend getting Cricket unless you are in one of the elite areas where ATT plans to roll out 5G. Those are the only areas where ATT is upgrading towers so their coverage is only about 1/2 of what they show on the map.
