So when he was gone I tried running a cable in the house myself to the Fios router and swapped their range extender out for my old router. Are used a cat.7 cable rather than the existing coax cable and got better speech on desktop. All in all, the speeds are not what they say they are. The router 940 Mbps and the desktop gets around 225 Mbps. Not the 400 to 500 that they say is average. But you can get those speeds if you are downloading from a very fast server on the other end. I imagine as more people upgrade it will get better.

I was pissed!!.. because the previous representative said she had it taken care of but obviously she had no clue what she was doing. But today that was not the case unfortunately we end up only getting a credit instead of getting even trade in to applied to the new phone.
