The associate that helped us was a little touchy freely and I didn't like that and she added two lines that I didn't ask for. I was able to cancel them but I had to pay for them until the end of the billing period. Unlike Verizon they lock the phone to their network which is a crock of crap. I'm ready for the term to be over I don't like my phone being locked.

He hadn't even held my phone or pulled up my account. Saw the smallest crack next to my camera and said it was water damage from the humidity outside. Bo sure how you can diagnose an issue based off of that. Had that crack for MONTHS no issues. I do have an account and I am on a family plan and let him know once he had asked and he said I couldn't get helped due to the account holder not being there with me . Wasn't getting a new phone , or a new service just wanted someone to tell me what the issue was with my phone. He said I could not get help and I needed to contact my family and it made me feel so frustrated and so upset and ended up coming back and was very nicely helped by Hannah who treated me so much better and actually looked at my phone and was able to verify my account and everything and was so sweet! ended up NOT BEING water damage and it was my phone transitioning to an ESIM. When I went back in I was greeted by the store manager who was also extremely nice. I found out the original girl that greeted me was new and I would've never known, so fantastic training. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the 3rd girl who stayed to finish getting my account straightened out, but again extremely nice. I walked in feeling very uncertain, but I left completely reassured. If you have a bad encounter with anyone in this store, it's highly likely that you walked in with a bad attitude, and you left with a bad attitude.

This whole complex is a great addition to the Norfolk Premium Outlets area, growing quickly. Check-in kiosks are at the front door. An associate then calls you to a desk at the back. I like this setup better than the counter-style service at older stores. The associates were friendly and helpful when I was there. If you have to wait (I didn't) they have a "genius bar" like counter where you can sit or a wall of new phones you can oogle. Like I said, brand new so everything is super clean and functional. Although I would have appreciated a couch or a softer place to sit. Parking isn't really an issue although there's a popular pizza place next door. However getting in and out of the lot can sometimes be a pain. I suggest avoiding the packed driveway by Chik-Fil-A and going a little farther to the easy, empty driveway at the Burger IM end of the lot (farther from the stoplight).

The sales associate, Brandon, was very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. He listened to my preferences and took extra steps to get me the best deal. He gave me his number and invited me to contact him if I had any issues with the phone or my bill. I highly recommend this associate and the Fairfield store.

We made a mistake and looked into plans and phones. They do provide a service and can do many…read morethings Verizon can- But not at the same prices/fees. Read the contract carefully! Please make sure you understand the store is not a Verizon owned store. They are a retailer allowed to sell Verizon products. The signage indicates Verizon. One small sign in rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store.
