    When applying my screen protector he actually punctured a hole in it on the bottom left corner. Disappointed.

    If you know exactly what you want you can be in and out within 25 minutes. They were polite all though not as knowledgeable as I would expect (had no idea what a OnePlus 7 Pro was). They ended up having the pixel 3a I was looking for in the color that's sold out most everywhere but didn't carry the google cases which was a bummer. Also parking isn't too bad out front. I do have to give three stars though as the guy helping me, Doug, rushed putting my screen protector on and actually damaged it now that I got home and checked it out. I like the in and out quickness but on his part after he got my money he definitely rushed putting it on. Debating whether I want to go back and deal with them or not. Knowing Verizon nothing will come of me going back, so I guess I can just warranty three screen protector immediately after having it put on. I'll add a picture to show what I mean. Edit: Took it back the day of purchase after calling the store back. Over the phone I spoke with the manager, Sarah, who quickly made me aware that it's a courtesy for them to apply the screen protector, and that they are NOT liable if they break it during application. Our conversation quickly turned into an argument as she became more frustrated with me not willing to back down. When I went back to the store, before I said anything, I showed a random employee the screen protector who validated my opinion of it having some type of crack / hairline fracture. After asking for Sarah she eventually came out from the back and began inspecting the screen protector for several minutes. She seemed upset to help me, but either way I received a new screen protector. In the future, I hope they make people aware that they're not liable when applying such products. When they offer to put it on with confidence, when you never asked them for help, why would they not be liable after breaking it?

    Was all set to buy new iPhone and iPad. $1500 in equipment and they want to throw in $100 in hidden fees. I thought we had moved past this.

    I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years so this experience was extremely disappointing…read more I purchased a dishwasher, and the installation was handled by a subcontractor (Tried and Tested, LLC). What followed was a complete breakdown in professionalism and execution: - The technician marked the job "complete" without ever showing up - My tenants took off work and waited all day - The technician arrived nearly 8 hours late - Unprofessional behavior occurred in front of a child - The installation was done incorrectly, causing a water leak and property damage Despite requesting a different technician, the same subcontractor was sent again. The situation got worse when a replacement dishwasher was scheduled without my request. During that visit, the technician dropped the new unit and installed a damaged dishwasher with a loud, faulty motor. At that point, I had to hire my own contractor out-of-pocket to remove, return, and replace the unit properly. This cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. The lack of oversight of subcontractors is a serious concern. If you purchase appliances from Best Buy, I strongly recommend confirming who will perform the installation. This experience fell far below expectations.

    Customer service is lackluster at best…read more Had an appointment and showed up to be told I wasn't in the system and other customers were waiting. Fine--things happen, so I made another appointment. Showed up early the second time. The auto tech, Doug, rolled in right at 10a (my appointment time), had to get himself situated, then immediately "reminded" me it's a drop-off and he'll get to it when he gets to it. Meanwhile, my confirmations clearly state a 10a appointment and that the warranty service should take about an hour. The actual fix? 10-15 minutes for a known issue with the radio/vehicle combo. I asked for a manager. Brittany Austin came over and while she was professional, it felt very staged--like managing a dissatisfied customer vs actually addressing the issue. Doug's dismissive approach was never really acknowledged, which was the main problem. At the end of the day, all of the back and forth could've been handled differently and with a lot more respect for a paying customer's time. This radio was purchased here and this is now my 4th visit back. One would think... but apparently that's too much to expect. And they get paychecks. Smh. 0 stars

    I moved into a house with my in-laws. I switched my Verizon FIOS to my new address. The Verizon…read moretech was at the house for over 7 hours, he said "I got you Internet but you don't have tv; it's an internal wiring issue so that's your problem". I was thinking of hiring someone to wall mount the five tvs anyway so that was it. I hired WSC and in one day they had all the tvs, a sound bar, and 5.1 surround system and all xboxes and blu ray players connected. Everything works, wires are hidden, looks great. Don't waste money on squads of geeks, nerds or other nationally known names for socially awkward people; go with WSC!

The owner decided not to come to my house cause I accidentally hung up on him while working on a pipe that busted under my sink with water going everywhere. When I called back he was very bitter and refused to come out. As a response to the owner this 100% valid review as I scheduled this time last week and confirmed this time with his staff yesterday. I then took time off early to be here to find a floor full of water right has called and I did accidentally hung up on him. Once I get it under control I called the number back to see who I hung up on and apologize to find out that it was WSC who the refused to come out. Then when I explained what happened he was not professional in fact very bitter and refused to come out. I stand by what I posted and I told you the pipe busted when I called back. Also again it was accident as I was under the sink on the phone another company.
