    I'd give them LESS THAN ONE STAR but it won't allow me to.... We had them hook us up 4 months ago…read more A kid came out and said he had been on the job2 months ... It showed... through no fault of his own. Poor or NO training. It took him OVER 8 HOURS to get it connected. Finally gets it working and leaves, late at night. He had trouble getting help without a smart attitude. (that was our first clue) Day ONE, signal goes in and out. Call them and they got it working again. Day 2, "searching for signal" was our best channel. Day 3, same channel. I called to cancel. They didn't like that ... I reminded them that FEDERAL LAW SAYS I CAN CANCELL ANY CONTRACT WITHIN 3 DAYS. They tried to get us to change our minds ... lol. They then told us there was a $470 early termination fee ... OH REALLY .... After a brief discussion they said they'd send a box to return their equipment. I also told them they no longer have permission to go into our bank account, ( I called the bank to make SURE) and to send a bill to us. We got the box over 2 weeks later .... We packed everything up as instructed, and sent it back. Then came the e-mails saying we owed 2 months of service !!! I figured it was just a glitch. We ignored it. Then comes another e-mail saying we had an overdue balance and owed $420 !!! And to call them IMMEDIATELY. That I did !! I was NOT very polite. I asked if they had ANY clue what they were doing... He apologized, and I did too. It clearly wasn't HIS fault. So after explaining everything, he told me our account was under review. We'll know in a couple weeks if we get an Attorney or not. NOT JOKING. If they think they're going to charge us about $1000 for nothing but aggravation, THEY'RE OUT OF THEIR MINDS. Oh, Almost forgot, I tracked the return box back to California and the USPS there stated that "THE CUSTOMER" refused the package ??? Not sure if that is a game to leave me hanging for the nonreturn of equipment or what ?? My next action will consist of alerting the CONSUMER PROTECTION and the BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREAU. ..... DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ... BELIEVE ME. We got ROKU ULTRA and are very satisfied. Should have went with them from the start. WAY more channels and MUCH less expensive.

    I had Direct TV for 20+ years, I have had numerous bad experiences. Finally I called to cancel…read moretoday. They cancelled Newsmax this year and One America News last year. Gotta go. Worst customer service I have ever had.
