Only after a couple of weeks later did I notice that some wires in the back of the TV needed to be better organized and secured. My ethernet cable was wedged (pinched) between the mounting bracket and wall plate when it had not been with the previous flatscreen TV, so I concluded that it occurred during this installation. Called the business back on a Friday to address the issue and the owner indicated he would stop by my home to fix the problem on the following Monday, but that was the last time he communicated with me (I texted him over the weekend but he did not respond). I also left a voice message but received no reply. I subsequently freed the ethernet cable from the pinched position, and the wire was damaged (protective sheath exposed) but was still functional. My advice to others is to be wary that the business owner may not contact you after services are rendered and paid and make sure your wires are tidy during installation.
