After the deposit and items were ordered it was fast - like two weeks and they were calling to schedule the installation time. The team that came out were great - and over two days they got everything done and managed to do it in the space without damaging anything inside the room - you'd never know this didn't come with the home. Really really happy. So far so good, everything works perfectly and the room has great sound and the large screen is amazing. Almost two moths ago, I called them to replace some of the cameras and take care of some other issues. A service representative came out and told me what needed to be done but no one ever called me back to set up a time to take care of the issue. I called them twice and no one ever returned my calls. My next communication with them was to get a bill for $280. I was charged what felt like a huge amount for them coming out and talking about the problems but they could not or would not fix the problems. If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. I will not be calling this company for any of their services in the future.
