Almost two moths ago, I called them to replace some of the cameras and take care of some other issues. A service representative came out and told me what needed to be done but no one ever called me back to set up a time to take care of the issue. I called them twice and no one ever returned my calls. My next communication with them was to get a bill for $280. I was charged what felt like a huge amount for them coming out and talking about the problems but they could not or would not fix the problems. If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. I will not be calling this company for any of their services in the future.

She and I agree to a following morning pickup of my promised key. Next day, I drove 20 or so minutes to get the key as we had agreed. But, when I arrived as we had scheduled, Melissa was in a back office and front desk attendant was clueless about the arrangement made. He asked Melissa, still in the back office, who replied that was unable to obtain the blank? So, instead of calling me back as soon as she determined she would not be able to fulfill the agreed to delivery, she did nothing and I wasted time and a trip to lower Newport News. No, apology for the inconvience, Melissa never even got up to come speak to me but let the attendant stand there at the counter s with a puzzled look. My brother-in-law by the way successfully used the same photo I had sent and Shorty Wallens Locksmith made the key shortly afterwards! We were quoted $90 for them to come out and take a look at our HVAC . I respect that. Their time is precious. I look at this as the same thing if you were to get your haircut or go to the nail salon. If you cancel on them per their cancellation policy, you have to pay a fee so by having a fee for them to come out and take a look I think is understandable. We opted for their yearly service where they come out and check our systems . I highly recommend Worleys!
