However, this Staples is local to my parents in which case I've frequented for random one off needs for likely 15 years in whims. Even amid all the challenges retail is currently facing, this location continues to feel consistent and uninterrupted with how they operate. Inventory, staffing levels, and team morale appear pretty unchanged, which is of course a big win. With that covered, I want to talk specifically about the staff and the UPS/Print Center where the majority of my interaction takes place. The team is always super friendly and personable, appear to enjoy doing what they do, and are really helpful. This particular visit was very difficult on an emotional level due to a family emergency. The team at the photo shop delivered in an exceptional manner doing everything they could to help me with a print need with an extremely short window of time to work with. They were empathetic, efficient, and exceeded expectations. I unfortunately can't recall the young ladies name that assisted, but Steve is who called and left my voicemail. Both - Wonderful! The line behind me kept growing as he did everything but take care of returns. I was there with 7 items which were ready to go. He went and organized everything, including packing boxes in between each scan. UPS would have scanned everything and provided a receipt in under 5 minutes as opposed to Staples. The only thing he said was something about my packages were going to run up their UPS bill. Amazon is either paying or comping them for any shipping. So 30 minutes later, he finished and refused to provide a receipt. I'm now going round with Amazon as 2 of the 7 packages do not appear to have been scanned. Avoid this store. Just go to UPS. I wouldn't buy a single item at this store, even online. So much for increasing foot traffic to the store. I'm pretty sure everything was overpriced and antiquated anyway.

Please do not come here for an iPhone repair. My mother came here to have her microphone fixed…read more When she received her phone back, there was a new screen on her phone. The only reason it was obvious was because the screen was so dark she could not see to use her iPhone. It looked as if the lighting was on the lowest setting but even turning on the backlight didn't make a difference. They should've never charged her and if I was there, I would've called the police on them. They either stole her original screen or broke a piece inside the phone when they replaced the microphone. The associate said that he could replace the screen with a third party screen (which would make it look original and bright again) but she wanted her phone in the original state she brought it in (original Apple part) just with a fixed microphone. They still charged her over $100+ to fix the microphone and now she has to pay $200+ to get the screen fix that they ruined. My mother's iPhone screen was not cracked and brought in its original condition. I recommend everyone to take their Apple products directly to Apple for repair. She also should've known because on her way out, there was a gentleman who claimed he bought his phone from this company recently and it stopped working. There was another woman who was complaining that she recently bought an iPhone from this company and when she went to register it, she couldn't because it was a "stolen phone". These are all red flags and I don't recommend going to this business for iPhones or iPhone repairs. I'm disappointed for my mother because she is older and was taken advantage of. They should've never charged her and tried to lie and say her phone came in that way when it didn't.
