He had absolutely no technical knowledge about printers. I had to show him how to access the toner cartridges. They did reduce the charge to $50 but they did not tell me anything that I did not already know. Total false advertising. I contacted another company and they were honest enough to tell me that no one actually works on printers. Best idea is to just apply the "diagnostic charge" to a new printer.
