I called back the next day and my phone was ready but had an added bonus. They were able to repair the crack so it looked like it was never broken. I tried to use my apple pencil after and it would not work. It was the newest model then, so it wasnt an update or anything. Recently, i took it to a better repair shop and told me it looks as if it was purposely tampered with then covered up. It was so badly damaged underneath the screen that i need to buy a new one just to use the pencil. Overpriced repair and took to long to get back to me with it still broken. 0/10 service I would not recommend

Please do not come here for an iPhone repair. My mother came here to have her microphone fixed…read more When she received her phone back, there was a new screen on her phone. The only reason it was obvious was because the screen was so dark she could not see to use her iPhone. It looked as if the lighting was on the lowest setting but even turning on the backlight didn't make a difference. They should've never charged her and if I was there, I would've called the police on them. They either stole her original screen or broke a piece inside the phone when they replaced the microphone. The associate said that he could replace the screen with a third party screen (which would make it look original and bright again) but she wanted her phone in the original state she brought it in (original Apple part) just with a fixed microphone. They still charged her over $100+ to fix the microphone and now she has to pay $200+ to get the screen fix that they ruined. My mother's iPhone screen was not cracked and brought in its original condition. I recommend everyone to take their Apple products directly to Apple for repair. She also should've known because on her way out, there was a gentleman who claimed he bought his phone from this company recently and it stopped working. There was another woman who was complaining that she recently bought an iPhone from this company and when she went to register it, she couldn't because it was a "stolen phone". These are all red flags and I don't recommend going to this business for iPhones or iPhone repairs. I'm disappointed for my mother because she is older and was taken advantage of. They should've never charged her and tried to lie and say her phone came in that way when it didn't. They are definitely scamming people and it's sad when it's older people who are not technology savvy.

It took forever to turn on and was super slow. The technician opened it up and did a diagnostic and determined what the problem was and told me that he could fix it. He said that the laptop was in good condition and that I did not need to spend a lot of money for a new one. I was thrilled to hear this and agreed to leave it for him to fix. He said that it should be ready the next day. I received a call the same evening and it was ready. I went to pick it up and he told me to turn it on. It turned on immediately and worked faster than when I had initially purchase it. I was very happy with his work and so happy that I did not have to shell out money for a new laptop. I'd rather pay a couple hundred as opposed to a thousand or more. I recommend Colonial Computers. Their service is great and they are so nice and accommodating. So glad I found them. Patricia

He had absolutely no technical knowledge about printers. I had to show him how to access the toner cartridges. They did reduce the charge to $50 but they did not tell me anything that I did not already know. Total false advertising. I contacted another company and they were honest enough to tell me that no one actually works on printers. Best idea is to just apply the "diagnostic charge" to a new printer.

Over the 7 years we have lived in Williamsburg, Chris has fixed two laptops and was honest enough to tell us it was not worth fixing a third. We live where there is virtually no Verizon Towers, so no service unless we have reliable WiFi. We highly recommend!

When I recently returned for a new battery, I was told that someone else had worked on my watch and had broken parts and put in the wrong battery. The only person who worked on that watch was J&M.
