These guys were Awesome. The port on my phone broke. They had it fixed within 10 mins at a very good price. They were very informative, polite, I was so happy. Just wish they had Verizon or I would have gotten a new phone. Highly Recommended to fix anything on your phone. I saw another customer who's screen was cracked. They had theirs fixed in the same amount of time. Thanks Guys. read more

This place is a total ripoff. I badly cracked my iphone screen. Other than the cracks, it was working just fine. Battery was charging and staying charged, all apps were working fine, until I finally had time to go get it taken care of. So I see this guy online and I think "Hey, local small businessman, I'll get it fixed and throw some money to a neighbor." He replaced the screen and sold me a screen protector. I left and was happy. Until the phone shut completely down after almost exactly 3 minutes, and when it came back on suddenly I only had 34% charge and it dropped visibly. After that it shut off every 3 minutes. I took it back to him and told him something was wrong. Oh yeah, he says, these phones all have battery issues and it looks like yours went bad. How about you buy this phone plan and I'll sell you a new iphone 7 for $50? I had him put the old screen back on, but it didn't resolve the battery charging or shutoff issue. He charged me for the labor and the new screen protector. $40 and I still have a broken screen and the phone doesn't work and when it comes on there's not enough time to run a backup before it shuts down again. This guy thought he could sell me a new phone by breaking my old one. As far as I'm concerned there's a reason his shop is next to the giant public bathroom, because his business ethic and work stinks. read more

Please do not come here for an iPhone repair. My mother came here to have her microphone fixed…read more When she received her phone back, there was a new screen on her phone. The only reason it was obvious was because the screen was so dark she could not see to use her iPhone. It looked as if the lighting was on the lowest setting but even turning on the backlight didn't make a difference. They should've never charged her and if I was there, I would've called the police on them. They either stole her original screen or broke a piece inside the phone when they replaced the microphone. The associate said that he could replace the screen with a third party screen (which would make it look original and bright again) but she wanted her phone in the original state she brought it in (original Apple part) just with a fixed microphone. They still charged her over $100+ to fix the microphone and now she has to pay $200+ to get the screen fix that they ruined. My mother's iPhone screen was not cracked and brought in its original condition. I recommend everyone to take their Apple products directly to Apple for repair. She also should've known because on her way out, there was a gentleman who claimed he bought his phone from this company recently and it stopped working. There was another woman who was complaining that she recently bought an iPhone from this company and when she went to register it, she couldn't because it was a "stolen phone". These are all red flags and I don't recommend going to this business for iPhones or iPhone repairs. I'm disappointed for my mother because she is older and was taken advantage of. They should've never charged her and tried to lie and say her phone came in that way when it didn't. They are definitely scamming people and it's sad when it's older people who are not technology savvy.

I was on vacation in Colonial Williamsburg last week when I dropped my phone in a tavern, face down... The screen shattered. Ugh. Anxious to fix it ASAP since I was on vacation and wanted to be able to take pictures, I searched all of the local places for cell phone repair. Cell Phone H-Tech had the lowest price, and the location was very close to where we were staying. He fixed my phone while I sat there in less than 45 minutes, AND he gave me the screen protector for free. I am so grateful. A week later, it still looks perfect! read more

I went in to have my iPhone glass replaced because it looked like there were 3 cracks through it. Instead they told me that it was only the glass protector that had cracked. They replaced the protector for 1/5th the price. They are very honest and were incredibly nice. I will go nowhere else now and will always recommend them!! These guys are the best! read more
