The guy was very thorough in testing the battery and evaluating to discover only the charging port was bad. He was able to fix it the same day on a Sunday. If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't! Took my sons phone to get a screen replace, it was fine, but home button on iPhone 6s was not working. I asked to have the broken screen back on it the way I brought it in once I found out I had apple care. Took phone to apple today to be told all the screws was not in the phone and a chip that illuminates the screen was missing. It was three days ago and repair guy act like he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about after having the phone for 24 hours. I go see him today and ask him if I can have the chip, because I feel as if he is going to place it in another phone which is totally unfair, he smiles at me I will never use his services again and or recommend him to anybody. Don't take pieces out of phone and act dumb about the situation. Overall apple replaced the entire phone for $60! I got a screen replacement here in November. The experience itself was pleasant enough--friendly worker, in and out quickly. Here's the problem, though: before I went in for the replacement, the broken screen was the ONLY problem I had with my iPhone 6; everything else was working fine. After the screen replacement, though, my front mic stopped working. I looked up the issue, and it's a pretty common and minor problem--sometimes, when a screen is replaced, there's a sensor that may be re-connected slightly misaligned, and the front mic won't work. I went back the next day and was pleased to see the same friendly employee there, so I explained that my voice-to-text (and presumably Siri--but I can't say for sure because I only used voice-to-text the night before) had worked after I broke my screen before I brought it in, but didn't work after the screen replacement, and that I had done some research and thought there might be a possibility that the sensor was misaligned. He refused to accept this. He refused to take my screen off and check, refused to believe that the problem started after the screen fix, and refused to acknowledge that my explanation was even a possibility. He used a bottle of compressed air to blow on my front mic, said he can hear noise when he does so, and concluded that there wasn't a problem after all. I assumed he knew what he was talking about, thought maybe I was wrong about voice-to-text working the night before (even though I definitely used it), and accepted that I just wouldn't be able to use it anymore until I replaced my phone. The front mic mainly affects voice-to-text and Siri, which are both sort of novelty features, so it was more just a nuisance than an actual problem. That brings us to yesterday. Yesterday, a friend of mine dropped my phone and broke both the screen and its LCD, rendering my phone completely unusable until fixed. My phone was taken to a different repair shop this time, and lo and behold, after the screen replacement, my front mic magically works again... Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated that I spent over $100 on a screen repair only to create a new issue and be treated like I have no idea what I'm talking about when I brought up a possible solution, and find out later that I was right all along. read more

I went to this shop when my screen broke and they repaired it within 45 minutes; however, a few months later the screen was popping up and then it broke so i could not use my phone. I went back to the place and told them that my phone broke because it was popping up but they made me pay full price (which is about $150 for an iPhone 6) to get the screen replaced again. I'm in college now and my phone is broken AGAIN because the screen is popping off the frame of the phone AGAIN. 0/10 would recommend. read more
