He said that it should be ready the next day. I received a call the same evening and it was ready. I went to pick it up and he told me to turn it on. After I graduated from VCU, I needed my own high-speed internet service at home. Access Tech set me up with Clear, which was only down a few hours, during thunderstorms, maybe 3 times in 5 years.
