Although I do not plan to leave Verizon for this devious dishonesty, my trust in Verizon and its authorized dealers is fading. I have read where this has happened to others. It makes no sense why this would be allowed. Due to the fact that I am unsure if anyone will read or act on this review, I will be writing reviews about this on yelp and pasting it to any other review page available. My family and I have spent a lot of money with Verizon and have had small issues in the past. Forcing a customer to unknowingly purchase an unwanted membership is one that cannot be overlooked.
