Severe Customer Service Failures and Withheld Refund on Triangle Capella System. I purchased a…read moreTriangle Capella active speaker system from Sound Approach in May2025 using Affirm financing.Nearly every time I attempted to use it, it failed to function.Every time I called for technical support I was told the technician is out in field and he will call me back when he is able.I eventually learned DJTaylor was the technician. When I finally spoke with DJTaylor and pointed out the poor customer service, he defended his practices, completely disregarding the fact that good customer service should accomadate the paying customer's convenience, not his own.Because of these on going technical failures,I frequently had to rely on Frank Gazzo the importer for Triangle who supplies Sound Approach, just to get the system working.By August 2026,Frank Gazzo did not have the time to deal with this anymore intervened and requested that DJTaylor issue me a full refund.D J Taylor agreed to the return on the condition that all original items are returned.Frank Gazzo provided the UPS return label, and I returned the speaker system in perfect accordance with all their requirements.Sound Approach explicitly confirmed to me over the phone that they received the package checked it in, and "everything was good."However, they have continually stonewalled my refund.Because Sound Approach has kept both the returned merchandise and my money, I have been forced to open a dispute with Affirm.Buyers beware:this company does not provide reliable technical support and will withhold your funds even after agreeing to a return and confirming the receipt of the goods.Order number:SA25069177

Cell Phone Zone has excellent service and fair pricing. The guy fixed my cracked phone immediately-…read morelike, "bring it it, I'll fix it even if I have to stay late to get it done," which he did. I compared prices and he charged about 65% compared to other quotes. Friendly to boot. I noticed several iPhones and others for sale there at what I figure to be fair prices, at least lower than the trade-in values I found. The bottom line is, Cell Phone Zone is a good choice for cell phone service. I definitely will go there again if I need to. Hope not, though.

The two guys working here balanced each other out. One was over the top friendly...the other was so chill that I couldn't tell if he was high or was that his natural personality. Either way, I have no complaints about them. This spot definitely has a black market vibe about it, and I was able to pick up my router and be in and out in a short amount of time. It might be advantageous for Verizon customers to use this location because it appears NO ONE knows it exists. With all that being said...I'll never be back. I'll have no need - except to return my router maybe. Visit at your own risk.

Xavier at the TCC in West Point Virginia, although very polite and curious, could have told me…read moreabout the REDUX membership that I was being charged for before asking for payment. He also could have ensured that I received a receipt before leaving the store and maybe I would have noticed the sales tactic being used to take money from a long standing Verizon customer. Although I do not plan to leave Verizon for this devious dishonesty, my trust in Verizon and its authorized dealers is fading. I have read where this has happened to others. It makes no sense why this would be allowed. Due to the fact that I am unsure if anyone will read or act on this review, I will be writing reviews about this on yelp and pasting it to any other review page available. My family and I have spent a lot of money with Verizon and have had small issues in the past. Forcing a customer to unknowingly purchase an unwanted membership is one that cannot be overlooked.

I enjoy this one because of the T-shirt's and figurines they have, as well as their wide selection of used games.
