When I visited the store recently to check the status I was told that NOW, my snowblower repair is behind lawn mowers that came in weeks after my snowblower. Unbelievable. She made sure we got the correct price despite the ring showing a different price on the tag. Maggie made sure to show us rings that are within our budget, other stores would show us rings double or triple our budget. She really took the time to make sure we maximized what we could get within our budget. In addition, she thoroughly explained the lifetime warranty, upgrade program, and the quality of the ring. All sales aside, she took a genuine interest in our story, which other stores did not do at all. He also could have ensured that I received a receipt before leaving the store and maybe I would have noticed the sales tactic being used to take money from a long standing Verizon customer. Although I do not plan to leave Verizon for this devious dishonesty, my trust in Verizon and its authorized dealers is fading. I have read where this has happened to others. It makes no sense why this would be allowed. Due to the fact that I am unsure if anyone will read or act on this review, I will be writing reviews about this on yelp and pasting it to any other review page available. My family and I have spent a lot of money with Verizon and have had small issues in the past. Forcing a customer to unknowingly purchase an unwanted membership is one that cannot be overlooked.
