I tried to use my apple pencil after and it would not work. It was the newest model then, so it wasnt an update or anything. Recently, i took it to a better repair shop and told me it looks as if it was purposely tampered with then covered up. The sound system in our big screen room now truly provides a theater like experience. They also upgraded our in home Internet which eliminated dead zones and increased our online speed. Almost two moths ago, I called them to replace some of the cameras and take care of some other issues. A service representative came out and told me what needed to be done but no one ever called me back to set up a time to take care of the issue. I called them twice and no one ever returned my calls. My next communication with them was to get a bill for $280. I was charged what felt like a huge amount for them coming out and talking about the problems but they could not or would not fix the problems. If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. I will not be calling this company for any of their services in the future.

Recently had the upstairs room over the garage converted into a theater space with a huge 120 inch…read morescreen, surround sound and a high-def projector installed. Project took about 3 weeks from order to completion. The team came out and did an estimate, measurements, and got their proposal back within a week. After the deposit and items were ordered it was fast - like two weeks and they were calling to schedule the installation time. The team that came out were great - and over two days they got everything done and managed to do it in the space without damaging anything inside the room - you'd never know this didn't come with the home. Really really happy. So far so good, everything works perfectly and the room has great sound and the large screen is amazing. They have a really nice show room on Laskin Rd where you can see their custom lighting, sample the sounds and screens, and look around.
