If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. Project took about 3 weeks from order to completion. The team came out and did an estimate, measurements, and got their proposal back within a week. After the deposit and items were ordered it was fast - like two weeks and they were calling to schedule the installation time. The team that came out were great - and over two days they got everything done and managed to do it in the space without damaging anything inside the room - you'd never know this didn't come with the home. Really really happy. So far so good, everything works perfectly and the room has great sound and the large screen is amazing.
