The woman who helped me was so warm and kind. She offered to work on the more challenging watch while I stepped out for a bit, and when I came back, it fit perfectly. To my surprise, she had also found a small pearl to replace the missing one in my grandfather's ring, and she didn't even charge me for it. That kind of genuine kindness and care is so rare these days. We'll definitely be coming back with more heirloom pieces and are already planning to have some custom jewelry designed here. They have a separate room for when you're designing an engagement ring and picking out a diamond. Overall, it took about six weeks from start to finish, very satisfied with that timeline. We were very satisfied with the Jewel's input and expertise in thoughtful engagement ring design. The owner was also very lovely and assisted in the process. When we went to pick up the ring, we got to look under a microscope at the craftsmanship. And let me tell you if you were looking for a piece of jewelry with the upmost craftsmanship, I cannot recommend Hausers enough.
