It has been a nightmare trying to connect with any customer service agent that isn't AI or that can actually do anything other than send messages to other departments. After 3-4 hours on the phone and chatbots, they cannot send someone out today to fix their own mistake and we have small children. They told us we have to sit in the heat and wait for a week before they can fix their own mistake. RUN, do not walk, away from from this company in Williamsburg.
