If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. So now I've paid them to cancel the account AND the account had been reopened and they expect me to pay $30 a month. This is the absolute worst company. I despise calling this company about anything related to the equipment and service. So here I go again. I have to be in a certain frame of mind to call them. It always put a damper on my day. And now is not the time. Especially after my last encounter with them. YELP should include ZEROs for ratings. Once they completed the job the existing dehumidifier would not come on. They sent another technician and we were told we needed a new dehumidifier the old one is no longer good. They came out 5/14 with the new dehumidifier and fast forward to 7/16 we have water in our crawl space again only to be told today 7/17/2025 we need a sump pump. WOW!!!! My thing is you would have thought that all this could have been avoided had someone reviewed and looked at everything prior. I left a message for Joe Hogge at 9:30am and it's after 1pm and I have yet to get a call back. I do not recommend this company... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
