All was good until I encountered some challenges due to wrong information provided by the reimbursement center over the phone. Not worth getting into those details. I will say that I was almost set to go back to Sprint before I went to the store. The manager, Taylor Gohar went above and beyond to help me with my issue. She dedicated over an hour with me at the store, reaching out to T-Mobile to advocate for me. At no moment she seemed annoyed or bothered with the amount of effort she was investing. At the end I left the store satisfied and with an amazing customer service experience that helped me almost forget the bad taste I had to begging with.
