He said it was under warranty and that his computer said he had three (3) in stock). He then asked me to hold for just a minute to confirm that they were in the store. He said that were and he would have one ready when I came in. I told him I would be there in twenty minutes and he asked if I was aware they had moved from Jefferson Ave, I was not. He then gave me directions to their new current location at 700 Thimble Shoals Road, suite 108. When I arrived the part was ready and he asked helpful questions to held confirm the problem was in that part, it was. The entire staff was friendly and the new location is very convenient.
