At no point during the Google quote process, email confirmation, or prior to the visit were we informed there would be a fee. At the end of the appointment, my husband was surprised to be charged $95 with no prior disclosure. If we had known there was a cost just to receive an estimate, we would have made a different decision. Transparency matters, and this felt misleading and unprofessional. I then called him recently to replace my garage door. it is a long story but he was not honorable and or reliable. He actually answered that call. He claims that there was a death in the family--but he never told me--I would have understood. In the meantime, I contacted Apple Door. They ended up costing me $600 less than Adam was going to charge and did it within a week--not the 6 weeks it was going to end up being with Grant. Grant has my $900 deposit. He told me he was going to drop it by my home the next day--nope..then he said he was going to take a photo of the check to me--nope. And then--he again stopped taking my calls. According to Grant the door he ordered didn't even come in---but now he has my $900 deposit. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!
