Matt and his team were very responsive and did a great job. For full disclosure, they did have some things incorrectly installed the first time, and had to come back two separate times to fix the issues, but my review is based on the fact that these days you can barely get someone to respond once they've left the job. I contacted Matt via email both times and sent him pictures, and both times he responded almost immediately and set a date to come back and fix the issues. Matt is very professional in his demeanor, and the door they installed looks great. We also chose to change the style of door after Matt gave us the original quote, and he was very accommodating of the change. Overall, minus the issues that they more than happily fixed, I would most definitely use them again for any needs in the future, and their price was affordable. To me, the true rating of a contractor is when they have something go wrong and how they handle it, and in my case, it was very professional and I am very happy with their service. read more

We absolutely love our new garage door. We had three estimates scheduled for the same day, Four Seasons was the only one that gave us an exact time, the other two were "between 12-4" etc. They said they would be here at 9:00 AM and at 9:00 AM, my doorbell rang. Being prompt is tops for me. Once the garage door we ordered arrived, the installer called us the schedule the install and arrived on the date of install about 15 minutes early. He got right to work. He was very professional, removed and hauled away the old garage door and installed the new one, showed us how to set up the Wi-Fi, get the app on our phones and made sure we understood how to use all of the features. One day my older 2006 garage seized on me. Called Four seasons and had pleasure of speaking to the owner Matt. Very professional and compassionate businessman. He quickly had his technician arrive same day to conduct analysis. I was able to make quick decision with Matt over the phone. He was very quick to send pictures and documents of new door via email. The very next day, a two man crew arrived on time and was very professional as well. The two installers never wasted time and was courteous. The door itself is installed so efficiently, that I can tell a difference in the temp of garage and no more wet spots near the inside of door from outside moisture like I had with original door. I did my homework, called several (some never even returned my calls) and had some on site meetings. Matt and Four Seasons clearly stood out above the rest. No BS..communications are fantastic, fair honest pricing and a great product for a very fair price. He never put down the competition, instead gained my business by his professionalism. My garage door failed late in the evening and the owner who was tied up, came out later to make repairs that allowed me to secure my house. The repair was made and the door returned to service in short order. I was fairly charged and the next day I had another problem with it and the owner returned and made a repair I should have been able to fix on my own, and he did not charge me, even though I believe he could/should have. I most highly recommend Four Seasons Garage and will be having them come out to do a summer maintenance on my door. I cannot praise them highly enough! read more

Showed up on time taking the necessary safety precautions. One tech was able to remove the old door/opener and install brand new in about 4 hours and it looks great! Minor issue came up a few days later on a Sunday - issue was not because of any wrong with the installation - and the owner came out personally that same day to fix. It took a while to get it (not their fault - "supply chain issues") They installed it in a few hours complete with new "smart" opener.
