Hands down 100% the smartest and most honest guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the car audio business! He not only fixed the issue; he fixed the issue that caused the issue to make sure it doesn't happen again and showed me how to resolve that issue if it should happen again. This usually isn't like me to post horrible experiences about businesses but I would hate to have anyone got through the same thing as I. It's really disappointing when you bring a near flawless car to a business, trusting they will take the utmost care when working on it. I understand that freak accidents happen but when the business says it is partially my fault, thats where I draw the line. It's sad because I have been giving them my business since the days of GoHo Audio. On 3/16/24 I brought my vehicle in to have a dash camera installed. About an hour and a half into the install the guy at the front desk tells me they run into a small problem. Well this really wasn't a small problem. When putting back the covers for the electronics of my rear view mirror, they caused a HUGE crack in my windshield!! Mind you, my windshield had ZERO damage before I put my car in their hands. A man named Josh that was in the shop (by the way who was VERY rude and constantly cutting me off while i was speaking) said to be "fair" they would pay for HALF of the cost of the windshield replacement. Half?????? So you're telling me that I'm partially responsible for bringing my car to your business and YOU damaging it??? After me asking SEVERAL times what they were going to do about it, Josh would not budge on only paying half. When I told him to hold on while I called my lawyer, he said "you really want to go that route over something like this?" Honestly, I didn't, i was really just looking to ask what options I had as a customer. BUT when Josh made that statement, at that point, I actually wanted to pursue and file a lawsuit. Josh then proceeded to tell one of his workers to REMOVE the camera system that I PAID FOR. So Josh really was asking for his business to be shut down because they would not own up to damages THEY CAUSED. Long story short, I will NOT be bringing ANY of my vehicles to this shop. I've also spoken with several others that have done business with them along with several others I've referred to them and they too WILL NOT give them any business. I am refraining from actually posting on my social media due to the 20k+ followers I have locally which I know would IMMEDIATELY ruin them and thats not what Im about. Anyone who takes the time to read this, please consider other options to take your vehicle to if you really need quality work done. A business that does NOT require you to sign liability forms and does NOT warn you that when installing aftermarket items damages may occur should be an immediate concern. read more

I chose Audio One to put around two grand worth of work into my stock 2006 Civic si. This included a Kenwood infotainment screen, new front speakers, backup camera, and full wiring. The installation was quick and I'm very happy with the upgraded system. Looks and sounds great. I only had one problem with bad location accuracy on the gps during car play, but I brought it back in and they relocated the gps sensor. The guys are spot on, very knowledgeable, and the customer service is just as high of a standard as the quality of work. Took my Tahoe in for speakers and the guys did a custom build out based on what I was looking for. Equipment is VERY difficult to come by so I was placed on a short waiting list and got a follow up call (which honestly I wasn't expecting). Took a couple hours to install speakers and a box and the sound quality and craftsmanship were awesome. Realizing I didn't need my 3rd row seating, a few weeks later I brought my truck back and they moved the box, at no additional charge, in just a few minutes. The front of the dash is out of line and the stereo wasn't installed right.I constant power wasn't hooked up so I have to reset the stereo time and stations every time I get in my truck really Annoying and a pain in the ass. read more

I went to Audio One Battlefield Blvd to upgrade my factory speakers. The guy at the front counter with the raggedy teeth was trying to force me to buy an amplifier and other things that I did not need. I did not want an amplifier , I just wanted better speakers, but he continue to tell me that I needed an amplifier along with the speakers that I wanted. he was not listening to me at all. As I was leaving the store, he came out of the store and gave me the finger. what the hell kind of customer service is that. he should be fired because he is making your store look bad. Good things come to those who wait! Due to a staffer leaving unexpectedly my set-up got pushed back a few weeks, but man I have no regrets. Went in and asked for something that could fit in a tight spot, because I still wanted to haul my scuba gear and bike around. What I got, was the equipment I asked for, in a custom enclosure, that is bolted to the frame. They then tuned the whole system. As a bonus, they even threw in a custom adjustment knob (so I don't rumble out my neighbors on the way in at night). Everyone was friendly and upfront about pricing, no surprise. Visited this store yesterday to ask about getting some work done. I was told I could bring it in the next day and the work would take about an hour but the guy said they didn't take appointments so it was first come, first served. Got there very early the next day and there was one car already there so I figured I'm number two. About 40 minutes later, a second car arrives. When they opened, we all three went in and the last guy to arrive actually let me enter first and we lined up. After the first gent was checked in, the employee says, "Good morning", by name, to the guy behind me and checks him in. Then he calls me. I asked if they were backed up and he says, "pretty profoundly". I told what I was told about it being first come first served and that I was here early. He said if I could leave the car all day he might be able to work it in and that the other two guys had appointments. Needless to say, very unprofessional and I won't be back. I suspect the level of courtesy corresponds to the size of the job. Had I been told there were two large jobs with "appointments" instead, I wouldn't have gotten up early on a rainy Saturday to get there. Very disappointing. read more

I was told to come back twice to get the issue resolved and it has not been resolved to this day. I will NEVER spend another hard earned $ at this place EVER again. I needed 4 speakers for my Honda CR-V as they all decided over the last year to stop working. I originally planned to go to Best Buy to have them installed but they wanted to add on extra costs such as wires and a harness I did not need. I drive by this place everyday but never stopped by until recently. I am so glad I did! The prices are reasonable and I was able get an appointment within a day. I brought my own speakers in and they were able to install all 4 in 2 hours as quoted. The guy (I wish I remembered his name) I met was really nice and answered all my questions. I did not need all those extra wires and stuff Best Buy said. I plan to come here again to upgrade by radio system with a touchscreen system. Unfortunately I have to give this company one star and that is only because of the equipment they installed was good. I had an after market radio/back up camera installed into our older Nissan Titan for my sons 16th Birthday. We left the truck there one day for installation. The company did call and notify me that because it was an older truck pulling off the dash to install the radio would could cause cracking to the dash and I gave approval for that. When we went to pick it up the next day, The cracking is much worse than I expected it was in multiple locations alll across the dash, but I was actually ok with that because I knew that was a possibility. However when I went to pick truck up the rear view mirror was hanging loose or dangling from windshield. So I called company back to let them know they told me to bring truck up to take a look. the employee went out and came right back in and told me that the glue was coming loose and referred me to a glass company which is next door to his shop. I told him the rear view mirror wasn't like that when I dropped it off the day before. He told me sorry its just an older truck and the heat must have over time caused the glue to breakdown.... I said so your telling me this glue just so happen to breakdown while my truck was in the parking lot for 24 hours as it was not dangling before I dropped it off. He then basically said yes that he did the install and he did not touch the rear view mirror. I then said that made no sense, highly unlikely that the sun caused that to happen in 24 hours while the truck was in the parking lot. Especially since they were pulling out parts of my dash board and also installing a blue tooth speaker directly beside the mirror not even 4 inches away. As well the dash board is completely cracked in multiple locations which leads me to believe they may have had a hard time getting the old piece out maybe the mirror was bumped in that process. All of this I can still deal with a completely cracked and broken dash board a broken rear view mirror, but the worst part is the man/employee that was talking to me was so mad and irate, he was raising his voice, telling me he did not break it. He slammed my truck door walked off and put up a piece sign and said duces? OK... then he came back yanked open my truck door and told me he may have done something for me like split the repair cost, if I wouldn't have accused him of breaking the mirror.... I told him he had poor customer service, and you should not talk to your customers in such an aggressive manner. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company unless you want to deal with the headache's I had to deal with. Poor customer service as well as bad installation as I had many things broken In the process and had to deal with a thug who was disrespectful, unprofessional, and did not take responsibility for something that clearly broke during installation. read more

If i could give a zero rating I would!! I get to audio one at the appointed time which was 10:00 I remind them about the reason for my appointment. I needed my sub that is in my trunk bolted down and I needed them to fix my backseat speakers that were faulty. They let me know it would be about a 2 hour wait. So I walked me and my 2 year old son and 15 month old daughter to the nearby Wendy's. So after about a hour and a half they called and said my car was ready so I walk us three back and pick up my keys. Now I have a two door dodge challenger with two car seats and two toddlers so I had to put them in the front seat while I set the car seats back up which was annoying but I understood I was just ready to go home. So I set everything up put them in their seats and check their work to find out they had only fixed one side smh. So I go back in there and let them know and they say ok we will fix it. So I take my kids back out of their car seats go back inside and at this point it's noon which is their nap time. My daughter falls asleep in my arms and my son is sitting on the floor watching his show on my phone because no one had the decency to let me know that they had a lounge so my son sat in the that hot shop on that hard dirt floor for about a hour and 15 minutes until I randomly found the lounge by just walking around coddling my daughter smh. We are in the lounge for 5 minutes when they tell me my car is ready. About 40 minutes into that wait I inquired about the situation and pretty much what I got back in layman's terms was the guy that worked on my car didn't even check his own work so I had to do all this extra work my kids had to sit in there uncomfortably all this time because this guy didn't asses his work. And then no one had the decency to tell me they had a lobby I feel so disrespected by this company. If I didn't bring my kids I wouldn't have been this upset or if I would've been informed about a lounge it wouldn't have been this bad but I wasn't. Or if the guy would have checked his work I wouldn't have had this problem. In my line of work I'm not able to get away with subpar work or doing the bare minimum because if I were to do that and nobody would catch it people could die or get seriously injured. read more

This place is horrible I took my car there to get a new serious XM radio put in and when I got my car back my CD player wasn't working they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it that it was not their fault. My CD player was working before I took it there and now it's not working and I can't even get my CDs out of it!
