    John and the Team at Dynamic gave my car the Perfect Katzkin Leather Interior upgrade. I Love it. Setting an appointment was easy. On the day of my appointment, I showed up and dropped my car off, hours later I got the call my car was ready for pickup. Simple process and the price wasn't bad either. Well worth the anticipation after initially stamping my appointment date.

    Needed a new alignment after getting a lift kit, uca, and new wheels at this other shop. The other…read moreshop took it to NTB to get it aligned. It drove okay, but I knew something was off. I called over to Livauto and their TEAM took good care of me. I had specific specs i wanted the caster to be at because of the aftermarket uca. He showed me what NTB did, what it should be, and got me as close to the specs for the caster. Always came here for aftermarket stuff for my vehicle, I knew I should of stuck with them and not another shop to install my lift kit. I am a local guy and love supporting the local business.

    Avoid at all costs! Brought my car in for a coilover…read moreadjustment and valve adjustment. Got it back and it rubbed like crazy, they told me to get an alignment and let them know if it fixed it. Alignment was checked and it was aligned properly but still rubbing. Then I noticed my wiper fluid was gone. Popped the hood and found when the put the wiper motor back on (which was to be removed for the valve adjustment on my car) they never reattached the hose and it all leaked out. Then I noticed it was missing bolts on the cowl that needed to be moved for the job. Called them about it and they weren't willing to help, even ignored me for a week when asking about it (told me to text them pictures and they would get back to me and after texting for several days I couldn't get a reply). They eventually offered a $150 refund after I paid a grand for all this work and weren't willing to refund me more. Tried to deposit the check they gave me and its from an account they had closed! They are scam artists who hire bad mechanics, stay away!​

    I recently bought a new car and needed to have Apple CarPlay installed. On my first visit to Audio…read moreOne, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Jeff, who guided me through the process. He recommended a Sony head unit based on excellent online reviews. Jeff was pleasant and helpful throughout. I also wanted a backup camera installed, and he took care of that as well, ordering all the necessary parts for my car. About a week later, I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 10:10, expecting the doors to be open so I could wait inside, but they didn't open until exactly 10:30--my only minor concern. Once inside, they promptly took my car and completed the installation of the backup camera and head unit in about 2.5 hours. When I picked up my car, everything was clean, and both the backup camera and head unit worked perfectly. However, I started hearing a buzzing noise, which I initially thought was due to the new head unit. I called Jeff, and he quickly assisted me. I brought the car back in, and the technician identified that the noise was coming from my State Farm tracker, not the head unit. Once I removed the tracker, the noise disappeared. I highly recommend Audio One for any car audio needs--they provided excellent service and support.

Going on 6 weeks and no fix, have gotten plenty excuses which were debunked I would welcome correspondence from the owner of the audio1's and let him know the bs that goes on at his stores. As for the Chesapeake branch Ive always been quoted considerably higher than the Va Beach store.

    I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years so this experience was extremely disappointing…read more I purchased a dishwasher, and the installation was handled by a subcontractor (Tried and Tested, LLC). What followed was a complete breakdown in professionalism and execution: - The technician marked the job "complete" without ever showing up - My tenants took off work and waited all day - The technician arrived nearly 8 hours late - Unprofessional behavior occurred in front of a child - The installation was done incorrectly, causing a water leak and property damage Despite requesting a different technician, the same subcontractor was sent again. The situation got worse when a replacement dishwasher was scheduled without my request. During that visit, the technician dropped the new unit and installed a damaged dishwasher with a loud, faulty motor. At that point, I had to hire my own contractor out-of-pocket to remove, return, and replace the unit properly. This cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. The lack of oversight of subcontractors is a serious concern. If you purchase appliances from Best Buy, I strongly recommend confirming who will perform the installation. This experience fell far below expectations.

Fine--things happen, so I made another appointment. Showed up early the second time. The auto tech, Doug, rolled in right at 10a (my appointment time), had to get himself situated, then immediately "reminded" me it's a drop-off and he'll get to it when he gets to it. Meanwhile, my confirmations clearly state a 10a appointment and that the warranty service should take about an hour. The actual fix? 10-15 minutes for a known issue with the radio/vehicle combo. I asked for a manager. Brittany Austin came over and while she was professional, it felt very staged--like managing a dissatisfied customer vs actually addressing the issue. Doug's dismissive approach was never really acknowledged, which was the main problem. At the end of the day, all of the back and forth could've been handled differently and with a lot more respect for a paying customer's time. This radio was purchased here and this is now my 4th visit back. One would think... but apparently that's too much to expect. And they get paychecks. Smh. 0 stars
