Just got my windows tinted today. Reasonable pricing for ceramic tint. I went with the middle grade one. Cool guy! Fast, friendly service. He told me 2 hours but it took less than that. Nice little waiting room. You can look at a different window tints. I would definitely recommend coming here! Fast and friendly. Lumar is a great brand for window tinting. You won't go wrong with it! And they have a lifetime warranty. And the guy before me, had to use that lifetime warranty. So it's totally worth it. read more

If you want to get a quote, you have to give this company your name and email address. Seems pretty invasive when there are so many places around. I've had 6 vehicles tinted and this is the only place that's ever asked for my personal information. I will say, he seemed like a nice guy. read more

Advanced Glass Tinting - great price and awesome service - Home Window Tinting Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

Just purchased a 2023 Ram and returned to Richard to tint it. The tint he uses has never faded or had any issues. This and his great prices along with his perfect quality of work have been bringing me back for well over 20 years. I highly recommend him if you are even thinking about getting tinted and having a lifetime warranty that you will not need. Year after year and car after car I keep coming back and have not ever had an issue or problem. the pictures are of my 2023 Ram and my wifes 2023 Pacifica. I have been coming to AGT since the early 2000's when I bought an F-150 used and wanted to have it tinted. read more

Clean shop, courteous staff, EXCELLENT work! I've lived in this area 40 years and used many different places, so I've seen all kinds of quality, and Advanced Glass Tinting is hands down the best. They pay attention to details: no water or even water marks inside, no bubbles, not even tiny ones, and not even where the glass has black spots (around edges and mirror). There's a reason they have the best reviews in Hampton roads, it's because they earned it! If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere; if you want to be pleasantly surprised by how good it looks, go to advanced glass. 9/19 UPDATE: Just went back to get my wrx tinted, and their talent and customer service is still top notch! My windows look AMAZING!! No flaws, no bubbles, nothing under the glass...I didn't realize I had so much dog hair in my car, but no worries! The owner thoroughly cleaned everything, vacuumed everywhere...I've never found a business that put this much effort into doing a perfect job, and now that I found them, I'll never get my vehicles tinted anywhere else. Go to Advanced Glass Tinting, you'll be thrilled with the work and glad you went there read more

Prices are not good! Go to Phillys shop solar control in Chesapeake. A lot cheaper and flexible with appointments. He was friendly though. read more

This is the second time that I have used Advance Glass Tinting to tint the glass on my vehicles. I'm really impressed with the quality of the work. I had my truck glass tinted about 6 years ago and it still look as good as the day I had it done. When I got my car there was no thought as to where I would be going to get my tint done. I walked in on a Friday without an appointment around 1000 and around 1200 I was driving away with a nice tint job. It seemed to be a one person operation, so the seed is defiantly understandable. Great customer service, fair pricing and quality work. I defiantly would recommend them. read more

I have a 2012 VW Jetta MK6 and been wanting to get my windows tinted for a long time and just could never find a place that I could trust. After all the searching and two years later I finally gave in and decided to choose Advanced Glass Tinting. I must say, I am glad I did. The reason I chose them was because of the reviews I have read on Google and Yelp, nothing but praise. And I am going to add to that... these guys & gal were amazing! Customer service was awesome, very personable and answered ALL my questions. You can watch them tint your car and I must say, they definitely know what they are doing. After about 1.5 - 2 hours, my car was ready and it was well worth the wait. The lady at the front desk was awesome to talk to and was very nice. I highly recommend Advanced Glass Tinting, whether you live right next door or miles away. It will be worth the drive and price and their work is nothing but the best. Also, their tint has a free lifetime warranty so you can always come back or if you move away, most tinting places will fix it. But I have no doubt in my mind that my tint will need fixing :) Thank you Advanced Glass Tinting! read more

What a little gem this place is! I made an appointment with Advanced Glass Tinting based on the other reviews. The booking process was fast and easy-- plus they threw in a military discount! On the day of my appointment I had to bring my 3 year old but the receptionist was awesome! She kept my child and me entertained during the entire process. I have had tint done on a number of different occasions but this was by far the best experience I have ever had front start to finish. The owner is very knowledgable about Virginia tint laws and was sure to explain everything to me. This is the lightest tint I have ever had in my vehicle history but I'm trying to be a law abiding citizen these days. Just to highlight- great customer service, great owners, no bubbles or scratches in my tint! Why go anywhere else when you can get it done right the first time? read more

I went with a friend to this place to get work done on their windows and they did a terrible job. The "boss" which his name is Richard... he is super unprofessional definitely not fit to be a boss for this company. He is the epitome of worst customer service EVER. He is very rude and doesn't leave his customers satisfied. I made sure to let all my colleagues know to NEVER go to this place. TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I found these guys through google, and they had all five star reviews. I called first to make sure they would be able to take a look at my SUV if I swung by. When I stopped in, I was greeted by Richard who was more than happy to talk over options and make recommendations. I made my choice and he was able to get me in right then. 30 minutes later, they pulled my car around and I was very pleased with the results. Fair pricing, fast and friendly service, Advanced Glass Tinting will definitely be getting my business again. read more

Heard about Advanced from a friend, they are right around the corner from my work so I had to try them out. Had my Mercedes tinted here, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The work is beautiful, and they walked me through every step of the way. No surprises, these guys are just good at what they do and do it right the first time. Even came with a free spray bottle of glass cleaner when I came to pick the car up. Total time from drop off to pickup was about 2 hours. Really can't beat it, will be taking the wife's car through next. read more

Have heard of a few shady places around town so I looked at the reviews here on Yelp. Advanced Glass Tinting was the recommendation and I was not disappointed. Courteous and understanding of my situation since my vehicle is registered in a different state than I live, and neither are Virginia. I showed early for my appointment and they started promptly at appointment time (which was after lunch). Cash-only for deviations to Virginia law requires a conversation with the owner, but he clearly and professionally describes his limitations and accommodations. read more

Great service. From my first phone call, to my appointment cancellation, to my actual appointment, Amanda's customer service was excellent. Once in, Amanda and Ren explained all my options and offered no pressure recommendations based on my needs. Ren told me it was going to take about two hours but it took him a little over hour and a half. While waiting in their climate controlled office, they offered me water and their TV remote. There was a window where I could observe Ren working in my car. I also filled the warranty paperwork while waiting. Once the car was done, they went over the DO and DON'Ts, answered all my questions and I left. Very smooth and professional service ... and fair price. I recommend. read more
