They called to schedule our appointment, then called back 5 minutes later and didn't remember any of the details we had just discussed. Weird, but okay. I had called twice. When we picked up the car, they refunded the windshield tint. I thought we had been overcharged--nope, they didn't tint it. We brought it back, and they only did a strip instead of the full windshield, so we had to bring it back a third time. We had verified all these details the second time but still had to bring it back because they were confused and kept asking the same questions.... We specifically asked for a cutout for the state inspection sticker. Instead, they ripped the sticker off and put it in tape. Now we have to get a new sticker and risk damaging the tint when we have to get it next year. We asked for the manager to call us and never received a call.
