They reached out to me via text and answering a few questions, we setup our appointment for him to come over and get my vehicles done. First thing - I'm a big stickler for being on time. On timing he was perfect. Even gave a text on ETA. Much appreciated. He showed up and was very easy to work with. He didn't need much in terms of support and was very amenable to any changes and questions I had about the process (I was a bit picky on my requests). He was even open to adding in a buddy's car last minute. This experience was A+++ service and quality. Seriously... you'd be VERY hard-pressed to find others in the business that deliver this level of quality and hospitality. I can tell that he stands by his work and his product and look forward to working with him again. Thank you Tinttent! I trusted him with my 2026 Honda Passport because of the outstanding job he did on my first vehicle, and he delivered the same flawless quality and professionalism. Daniel is knowledgeable, honest, and truly takes pride in his work. The tint installation is absolutely perfect--clean, precise, and looks like it came straight from the factory. He takes the time to ensure everything is done right and makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable. VB Tinting has earned my business, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. If you're looking for exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Daniel and VB Tinting. Thank you again for another amazing job!

They called to schedule our appointment, then called back 5 minutes later and didn't remember any of the details we had just discussed. Weird, but okay. I had called twice. When we picked up the car, they refunded the windshield tint. I thought we had been overcharged--nope, they didn't tint it. We brought it back, and they only did a strip instead of the full windshield, so we had to bring it back a third time. We had verified all these details the second time but still had to bring it back because they were confused and kept asking the same questions.... We specifically asked for a cutout for the state inspection sticker. Instead, they ripped the sticker off and put it in tape. Now we have to get a new sticker and risk damaging the tint when we have to get it next year. We asked for the manager to call us and never received a call.
