Took my mom's Honda Civic to get tinted on 6/29/2026. My wife and I were greeted by a receptionist who was very FRIENDLY who took her time explaining all the different options available for tinting. After about 2 hours, we received a call letting us know the car was ready. As we drove into the parking lot and saw the car, we were extremely happy with the results! As I went in to pay, I was greeted by a gentleman who was also PROFESSIONAL and friendly as well. The receptionist then walked outside with me and explained in detail how to care for the newly tinted windows. I've probably been to at least 4 different car tinting places in the area, and when it comes to customer service and results, Atlantic Shoreline is by far my favorite! My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers! read more

Phil was very helpful. Got me in next day to do tint on my car. Looks fabulous! Took about 2-3 hrs. Highly recommend this establishment.

I ended up going with the 3M Crystaline product the company offers. It reflects approximately 90% of the heat. They have a tester inside the shop for customers to understand the benefits of the product. My car will build up heat when sitting in the sun for a considerable amount of time. I'll open my windows & sun roof to let the bulk of the heat to escape. My car immediately cools down after a 10+ hr shift. I also got it for the UV protection and privacy too. The warranty is also very good. I can take it anywhere in the country that sells the 3M product and "said" company will correct the issue without any questions. So far, I'm very happy with the installation of the 3M Crystaline at 20% product from Atlantic Shoreline. Check this local Family business out. Their workmanship speaks for itself. read more

Tint turned out really great ! Didn't take long . Very accommodating and answer questions fully !

I waited quite awhile before posting this review thinking there might be some sort of follow up communication. The story: Came in for top of the line 3M tint. Didn't haggle the high price, but expected great results for tint on my brand new car. When the owner drove my car around from his shop I saw bubbles and residue. I then got ridiculously nasty attitude from the owner when I pointed out the defects. I was not rude as he had that part completely in command from the beginning. Pretty sure this was not his first time with his nasty attitude. When I pointed out the bubbles and debris under the tint he basically had an adult hissy fit and said, "well I'll just take it off!" I asked ok, great that should fix the issue. Then he said, "no I'm just going to take it ALL off, your too picky". I've owned 30+ cars and had tint on all of them. This by far was the worst job I'd ever seen and it was simply unacceptable. At this point I was nervous with this guy given his pissed attitude and just said 'seriously, I'm spending $360++ with you, OK whatever you want to do'. All I wanted was to be out of there and away from this nasty individual. He proceeded to rip off all his wasted work and said 'I've been doing this 32 years'. I wish I had replied "you should have quit long before that because you are bitter and treat what could have been repeat business like crap". But he walked away and wouldn't even discuss the BS that he just pulled. Not sure how anyone with 20/20 vision would have been ok with their work and I can't see how his employees can work for him. The poor front desk person seemed like a very nice person, but pretty beat down by this guy. I would avoid this place, unless you like unwarranted abuse, attitude and poor results. Ended up at East Coast Window Tinting. Perfect job, zero drama. Smiling. read more

As the only certified 3M tint installer for this territory - they have the BEST products available. I have 3M tint in my car and home - phenomenal quality and perfect installation done by Atlantic Shoreline. John and Tray did the recent installation for our home - flawless installation. It's obvious they are dedicated craftsmen who enjoy what they do and care about the quality of the installation. The only downside was Tray is a Raiders fan - not much you can do there .... lol. Altantic Shoreline may not be the cheapest place for tinting - but they are the best! You will get what you pay for by way of a flawless installation, lifetime warranty, and phenomenal 3M tints. Problem solved! Window tinting on our beach house windows allows us to enjoy an unobstructed view while filtering the heat and glare from the afternoon sun. We originally tinted 12 large trapezoidal windows, this worked so well that we had them back to include the skylights and sliding glass doors. Our house is at least 10 degrees cooler during the day. The employees at Atlantic Shoreline were helpful with deciding which product will work best and installation was completed in 5 hours. read more

I'm updating my review for Atlantic Shoreline. They certainly do great work, but in 2017, I took my $60k Lexus in for tint. They drove it to the back and after about 10 minutes, they came to get me from the waiting area to show me a huge scratch on the third brake-light cover. My car was brand new (I had it for 2 days!) with less than 40 miles on it. They claimed it was there and the technician said he noticed it when he was driving my car to the back. So I just said OK and let it go. I drove my car back to Lexus and Lexus assured me there was no way that scratch was there when I purchased my car. I certainly didn't see it. But Lexus changed out the part (free of charge to me) with no questions asked. Recently, I purchased a brand new 2018 Highlander. I had it about 3 weeks and it had about 700 miles on it when I took it to ASC for tint. Of course, they came out and looked over the vehicle and checked it in. When they finished tinting and drove it around front, I immediately noticed a deep scratch on the painted door mouldling around the front windows. It was obviously a razor blade scratch. I confronted them about it and oh my goodness! The excuses starting flying! We don't/didn't work in that area, there's no way we did that, maybe you didn't know it was already there, maybe you did it with a key! What?! It doesn't have a key...only a key fob and I keep that in my pocket. They even starting looking over my truck and said, well you have some bugs on the front too...what?! Like, maybe one of the dead bugs on the front of my truck had a razor blade. The manager even had the nerve to say "Since we missed it on check-in, I'm going to have to eat this now!" I said to him, you didn't miss it on check-in BECAUSE IT WASN'T THERE! The excuses and the way they carried on was SHAMEFUL! This was my 8th car getting tinted by ASC over the past 7 years. 4 of which were brand new and now they damaged 2 of the 4 new cars. The manager said he would replace the part, but he complained SO MUCH, I just said, NEVER MIND and got the heck out of there. My business with ASC is done. When something small like this happens, they should simply take responsibility and move on. It's the cost of doing business. But they would rather complain and carry-on so much and blame the customer for trying to cheat them. I own about $200K in vehicles and I definitely don't need to cheat them out of such a small amount of money. It's obvious they don't value my business so again, I will not use their service again. I'm not here telling anyone not to do business with ASC, they really do a great tint job, but YOU should do everything to protect your property. Maybe use your smart phone and do a walk around video of your vehicle. Because when they damage it, they will not care how long you have been a customer and deflect the blame directly back at you! read more
