Only draw back was he didn't say it was out of his home so that took me for a second. They called to schedule our appointment, then called back 5 minutes later and didn't remember any of the details we had just discussed. Weird, but okay. I had called twice. When we picked up the car, they refunded the windshield tint. I thought we had been overcharged--nope, they didn't tint it. We brought it back, and they only did a strip instead of the full windshield, so we had to bring it back a third time. We had verified all these details the second time but still had to bring it back because they were confused and kept asking the same questions.... We specifically asked for a cutout for the state inspection sticker. Instead, they ripped the sticker off and put it in tape. Now we have to get a new sticker and risk damaging the tint when we have to get it next year. We asked for the manager to call us and never received a call.

Over the years the tint began to bubble and fade (naturally). I never could find her lifetime warranty card and getting the tint redone was something she wanted done. I called and explained my situation to Javier and he was able to work with me. I made an appointment and I was able to get the tint removed and redone in 50 minutes and for the best price. My appointment was at 9am and my car was started promptly. From start to finish, it was a seamless process, and I am just so glad I was able to get something done my mom wanted to have done.
