They confirmed the appointment (multiple times) and texted me for the vin, which was provided. There seemed to be some confusion on the exact kind of glass needed, so I stopped by the store Thursday to confirm correct product (getting a hold of this place via telephone is nearly impossible). I verified the VIN in person, and she confirmed the "correct" window shield was in store. Dropped the car at 8am appointment time, received a phone call at 1130am that they in fact do not have the right part, it will need to be ordered. Mind you, I had to pay up front. 3.5 hours (when the appt was supposed to take 2 hours) to tell me they in fact did NOT have the right part. I called the dealership - and they confirmed Safelite is not authorized to change out the Window shield and there is no way to get the lock piece needed. Who knows how many times they would have wasted by time telling me to schedule, reschedule, etc. Also, they're incredibility rude. I would have gotten past this if they could have at least done their job correctly.

During the installation they broke my dashcam. I have an integrated one and probably they didn't even know there is a camera and obviously broke it during the old windshield removal process. 2. Unfortunately I chose an aftermarket windshield and I was not properly informed about the difference. There is an information on their website that aftermarket glass just the same like OEM but not.
