Bianca gave my wife and I the absolute best cell phone buying experience we have ever had. It took…read morea little while, but she was super helpful, patient, and was able to save us over $700 using current promotions. And for those that don't know, right now for every new line, you get $200 off the price of the phone if you have Fios. To save $700 total, we started two new lines ($200 for each from Fios promotion) and my wife ported over from AT&T ($200 trade in credit with $100 bill credit after a couple months). Bianca is the one that helped us but every single employee in there was pleasant and nice to talk to. Thanks for the great service!

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my…read moreopinion and my opinion alone!. I previously had a bad experience on line with their customer service trying to order a new iPhone along with some accessories! For some reason they couldn't get my orders right on my accessories so I decided to cancel the order.( I had my phone ordered on a separate order ) I clearly stated to the representative that I ONLY wanted to cancel the order with the accessories and she agreed to it by repeating it back to me TWICE, but yet she still ended up canceling my phone order too and I wouldn't had known until my wife suggested we call them and have them resend the order correctly and that's when the next customer service representative stated my phone order was canceled as well. I was pissed!!.. because the previous representative said she had it taken care of but obviously she had no clue what she was doing. So after being told about the previous screw up my wife and I asked to speak to a supervisor and we were put on hold for at least 20 minutes until we finally realized we were hung up on. So to try and make a long story short my customer service experience over the phone along with on line service has been a nightmare so I'm glad I was able to go into the store and get the service I needed!.

Their crews sometimes have had to work throughout the day and night to restore service, and all the while, customers are kept informed of their progress, along with an estimate of completion. DISH is moving more and more channels to streaming services. We decided to cut the plug. When…read moretrying to cancel service, my wife was told, we had multiple credits on our account. Funny, these credits never appeared on a billing statement. She was also told she could lower our bill from $160 a month to $120 a month for the same service. Why weren't we proactively informed of these 'credits' and the offer of a lower price. What douchebags these people are. And now, they offer cellular service. In my world, you take care of your faithful customers first. This man and his wife should be shunned. No, I am not Amish, but it seems appropriate here. I feel sorry for others who don't have strong streaming services. Our deal with Verizon will save us about $200/month. If you can, dump Dish. They are definitely not on your side. As a final kicker, they will charge us $25 for a shipping box to get their equipment back. And, no, we cannot use the account credits to offset those charges. DISH SUCKS.

I have mixed feelings about getting services or buying new equipment through Verizon in store it…read moreseems like with promotions they have are sometimes misleading due to our experience of what is actually offered as a Verizon customer. where yesterday we were told that by employee in the store that we were able to do a one for one trade meaning the phone would be covered and of course any fees that applied will reflect that.
