Both AM radios also have Short wave bands! Bill has even offered to build in a blu tooth Jack so I have the ability to listen to Old time Radio shows clearly! I may take him up on that especially if the blu tooth Jack can be patched to my tablet and pick up Sirius Radio. Bill stands behind his work and his prices are very reasonable. The sound system in our big screen room now truly provides a theater like experience. They also upgraded our in home Internet which eliminated dead zones and increased our online speed. I purchased a…read moreTriangle Capella active speaker system from Sound Approach in May2025 using Affirm financing.Nearly every time I attempted to use it, it failed to function.Every time I called for technical support I was told the technician is out in field and he will call me back when he is able.I eventually learned DJTaylor was the technician.When I finally spoke with DJTaylor and pointed out the poor customer service, he defended his practices, completely disregarding the fact that good customer service should accomadate the paying customer's convenience,not his own.Because of these on going technical failures,I frequently had to rely on Frank Gazzo the importer for Triangle who supplies Sound Approach,just to get the system working.By August 2026,Frank Gazzo did not have the time to deal with this anymore intervened and requested that DJTaylor issue me a full refund.D J Taylor agreed to the return on the condition that all original items are returned.Frank Gazzo provided the UPS return label, and I returned the speaker system in perfect accordance with all their requirements.Sound Approach explicitly confirmed to me over the phone that they received the package checked it in, and "everything was good."However, they have continually stonewalled my refund.Because Sound Approach has kept both the returned merchandise and my money, I have been forced to open a dispute with Affirm.Buyers beware:this company does not provide reliable technical support and will withhold your funds even after agreeing to a return and confirming the receipt of the goods.Order number:SA25069177

I was thinking of hiring someone to wall mount the five tvs anyway so that was it. I hired WSC and in one day they had all the tvs, a sound bar, and 5.1 surround system and all xboxes and blu ray players connected. Everything works, wires are hidden, looks great. Don't waste money on squads of geeks, nerds or other nationally known names for socially awkward people; go with WSC!
