Cellular sales is an authorized Verizon retailer. The signage indicates Verizon. One small sign…read morein rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store. Both sell phones and Verizon plans However there are differences and Cellular Sales may or may not add extra fees or cancelation clauses. While the sales person we had did not lie, she did leave out statements leading us to believe we were not under any obligation to buy a phone but then ordered three devices under my name and SSN without explaining her actions fully. "If you don't want the phones, no problem..." leaving out...if you don't cancel phones, you ARE tied to an account and MUST take steps to fix or Verizon will flag your profile as possible fraud. I recommend doing business at Verizon (corporate owned) only.

I have no complaints…read more.. A friend of mine recommended this location. I am unsure how long this store has been at this location, but this day in April was my first time ever stopping in; let alone purchasing a product. I was in the market for a new phone... after almost a year of working with a cracked screen (S7) it was time to upgrade. I am unsure if any deals were going on... at this point my goal was to walk out with a new phone. Well within 30 minutes, my goal was achieved. I so do not remember the service guy that assisted me, but he seemed to be knowledgeable and answered my many questions. He even suggested a few items to buy for my new device and hey... I gave in. To this day, there are products still in my bag. Waste of money maybe... but it seemed great at the time. On this Saturday afternoon, I came in at a good time. There were only three customers in the store and I made number 4. Well within a few minutes later a handful more of customers walked in. My service guy was attentive and assured I was set before I walked out the door. He even called a few days later to see if I was still enjoying my recent purchase and asked if I had any concerns. He offered his number in case I had any future questions or concerns. To this day, I am super satisfied with my S9+ I'd recommend you give this store a try. The store is located in the Lynnhaven Mall, but you can gain access to the store without stepping foot into the mall. Plenty of parking. Have fun and enjoy life :)

He did everything within his power to help with a password reset process. We left that day without total resolve but was able to get a call with Apple Support representatives several days later after making an appointment for a callback. The Apple Support representative, Nadine was very helpful, she was able to provide us with the information and details that were needed to get the password problem resolved once and for all. Tomorrow will tell the story! I was unaware that the Apple Store provided the same service and that they also could have been helpful with promos.

The address is well marked at the stand alone building, it was previously a convenient store possibly. Heard of the phrase lipstick on a pig? You will understand once you see it. Overall I do not like them off Holland which is often called the busiest stretch in Virginia Beach. Plenty of parking. Debris is quite extension the right side of the building fence. I walked in masked and was immediately directed to a representative and had no wait. The interior is nice enough and small. A few staff was present. It's a very low key store. The Verizon rep logged in my equipment using the bar code on the back. He generated a received receipt that was emailed. He was masked and friendly enough. Nothing special here, but I did accomplish my goal and did receive great service. Tough call, but sliding down to a 3.5 and rounding down.

And its rare when they can't fix something in their swim lane." Replacing a battery in a Samsung Gear3 watch from 2018 that had become a brick isn't a typical phone repair. But in less than a week they'd ordered the part, replaced it, and did an op test to ensure it worked. And, it does still. Also, please please don't be the idiot consumer that avoids a place because English is a second language for some staff. Do you speak multiple languages? Do you have to endure xenophobic shunning?
