    Top notch customer service and huge inventory. Our practice routinely sends patients here for all their follow up medical supplies.

Now first let me say I don't, when I have a poor experience immediately rush to review. That would be unfair. And as most people who may need to go to the pharmacy, I wasn't feeling my best on Sunday 4/21/24 at 1:45 pm so again not the time to write a review. So arriving and not knowing that the pharmacy closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I ask if they were closed for the day and found out I had a short wait. I said I'd wait and the pharmacist shouts across the space, Who are you? I gave my name "It will be ready!"and I took a seat. When the window was opened at 2:15. I joined the queue that had formed and when I got to the counter gave my name and pickup of 1 and offered my ID and insurance card. The young man waved it away not saying anything rang up the prescription and announced a price. I explained my insurance had no copay. He said nothing but raised his hands as if I were an inconvenience and he couldn't be bothered then waved me to another man at another computer screen. I approached him explaining and offering him my ID and insurance card. His response was "Well you have no insurance in the system!" How was I to know that this information was not shared from Patient First who had all of my information and had called in the prescription. Or that I in some manner should have contacted the pharmacy prior to having the medication called in, to enter my insurance information. I was rudely told to sit down,this has to be reprocessed and repackaged it will take a little while. When the prescription was finally ready 20 minutes later. Another young lady called my name and I went to the counter. She was also very short, and dismissive. Not so much as have a good day. Attitude is mirrored if the lead pharmacist had led with a good attitude and good customer service skills, those working under him would likely have had better customer service skills. Nothing would bring me back to deal with these rude people. They don't deserve even 1 star.

    Trying to find a store opened at 11:45pm. Apparently most stores in this area close early because…read moreof a local club that lets out at midnight and I get it. So after going to 2 wawas , o decided to go to CVS Bc my girl siri was like this was open! Listen I made it there at 11:57pm, knocked on the door, saw someone acknowledge me there..however came to the door at exactly 12:00pm to unlock the door for another customer whom was in the store to tell me the store was closed. I did mention that I was there prior to closing (something the employee knew since I was being ignored), and it was still stated the store was closed. I asked politely "so your closing time is 11:57pm just to confirm and the employee stayed "YES IT IS". I just informed them to have a good night, and stay safe. Now listen, I get it.. but then I don't. You know how crazy it can make someone who needs just one last min item, and they are rushing to make it , and when they finally do, an employee specifically waits until closing?!? Listen... ima be honest .. all I wanted was some cookies .. a lil treat for myself. I have on raggedy sweats, a cardigan with holes in it and a wrap. I say that because NOTHING about my attire nor demeanor says "whew.. I been clubbing all night and I can't wait to go in this store and act up!. I'm not upset about the closing Bc I want them to be safe and obviously something terrible has happened for ALL the stores to do this in this area , I'm upset about the ignoring me. I would have taken the employee speaking loudly to me when I was seen to say "Ma'am I'm sorry but we close just a couple mins early today " then the looking at me , and ignoring me as if me being a consumer doesn't fund his earnings. I'm not being cocky, Im a humble person and I have dealt with prolly one of the worst types of "customers" ... PATIENTS .. for 17!+ years. So I know how it is and I also know how it should be, and this won't that.
