CVS 2315 W. Mercury Blvd. as a whole store seems to take pride in appearance and customer service. I wish I could say the same about the pharmacy. Now first let me say I don't, when I have a poor experience immediately rush to review. That would be unfair. And as most people who may need to go to the pharmacy, I wasn't feeling my best on Sunday 4/21/24 at 1:45 pm so again not the time to write a review. So arriving and not knowing that the pharmacy closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I ask if they were closed for the day and found out I had a short wait. I said I'd wait and the pharmacist shouts across the space, Who are you? I gave my name "It will be ready!"and I took a seat. When the window was opened at 2:15. I joined the queue that had formed and when I got to the counter gave my name and pickup of 1 and offered my ID and insurance card. The young man waved it away not saying anything rang up the prescription and announced a price. I explained my insurance had no copay. He said nothing but raised his hands as if I were an inconvenience and he couldn't be bothered then waved me to another man at another computer screen. I approached him explaining and offering him my ID and insurance card. His response was "Well you have no insurance in the system!" How was I to know that this information was not shared from Patient First who had all of my information and had called in the prescription. Or that I in some manner should have contacted the pharmacy prior to having the medication called in, to enter my insurance information. I was rudely told to sit down,this has to be reprocessed and repackaged it will take a little while. When the prescription was finally ready 20 minutes later. Another young lady called my name and I went to the counter. She was also very short, and dismissive. Not so much as have a good day. Attitude is mirrored if the lead pharmacist had led with a good attitude and good customer service skills, those working under him would likely have had better customer service skills. Nothing would bring me back to deal with these rude people. They don't deserve even 1 star. read more

Trying to find a store opened at 11:45pm. Apparently most stores in this area close early because of a local club that lets out at midnight and I get it. So after going to 2 wawas , o decided to go to CVS Bc my girl siri was like this was open! Listen I made it there at 11:57pm, knocked on the door, saw someone acknowledge me there..however came to the door at exactly 12:00pm to unlock the door for another customer whom was in the store to tell me the store was closed. I did mention that I was there prior to closing (something the employee knew since I was being ignored), and it was still stated the store was closed. I asked politely "so your closing time is 11:57pm just to confirm and the employee stayed "YES IT IS". I just informed them to have a good night, and stay safe. Now listen, I get it.. but then I don't. You know how crazy it can make someone who needs just one last min item, and they are rushing to make it , and when they finally do, an employee specifically waits until closing?!? Listen... ima be honest .. all I wanted was some cookies .. a lil treat for myself. I have on raggedy sweats, a cardigan with holes in it and a wrap. I say that because NOTHING about my attire nor demeanor says "whew.. I been clubbing all night and I can't wait to go in this store and act up!. I'm not upset about the closing Bc I want them to be safe and obviously something terrible has happened for ALL the stores to do this in this area , I'm upset about the ignoring me. I would have taken the employee speaking loudly to me when I was seen to say "Ma'am I'm sorry but we close just a couple mins early today " then the looking at me , and ignoring me as if me being a consumer doesn't fund his earnings. I'm not being cocky, Im a humble person and I have dealt with prolly one of the worst types of "customers" ... PATIENTS .. for 17!+ years. So I know how it is and I also know how it should be, and this won't that. read more

the pharmacy here intentionally puts your prescriptions in wrong so that they can charge you. they hate their customers, and will literally slam the window shut in your face at 1:30 even if they still have your card. everyone at this store should be fired and replaced. read more

Daughters prescription was called in I called for an update after 25 mins on hold the call was answered and the tech were laughing then the call disconnected. Called back and was told it would be ready in 2 hours went up there 2.5 hours later to be told they wouldn't be done until 8 and then was told I could come inside to get them sooner: the whole point of the drive through is convenience and the help prevent the germs from spreading. The lady was rude and sarcastic and has no business dealing with the public. read more

I have never in my life gone into a store and had to deal with total incompetence employees. 8 people working behind the counter, the line to get your prescription minimal eight to nine people standing in line. The employee taking your information can't hardly hear or speak English. You have to repeat yourself repeatedly non stop. CVS as far as I am concerned for this area is no better than Rite-Aid and we know where they stand now. I blame upper management for these problems because they have not lifted one finger to correct what they are doing to the public. We were at Walgreens for years but left them for the same problem. Wonder why so many are going to Amazon, Costco, mail in orders, read above. When any company treats the customers this way you only end up folding. read more

Does NOT Honor store hours!!!! I came to the store at 11:56pm to get eye solution. The front doors was lock!!!

I've been using this pharmacy since last January when i was diagnosed with a heart condition. Everyone has been professional and nice until recently. Some people are wonderful like Dawnette and Audia to name a few. I guess they were techs though. When i came in yesterday because i needed to check on the status of my prescription because i had been on the phone almost 30 min in total. 1st time no one ever answered so i hung up. 2nd time someone hung up on me. 3rd time i was on the phone 15 minutes straight still while i was in line hearing the machine say pharmacy call line one over and over while no one answered. When she did i told her i was in line now but i wanted to see how long it would be (seeing as how i drove all the way there on hold). When Dawnette helped me at the pick up, she asked how i was doing. I explained i was upset about being on hold and hung up on. That my medicine was for my heart so it was important. She apologized and did everything to move things along because my prescription was still not filled. When she called me up which was very quickly. She asked if that was fast and hoped that she had helped. I told her yes you sure did thank you, you were wonderful. Then... i here the pharmacist... SARAH.... " Well thats what we can do when we arent answering the phones! And then she scoffed and said try me..." mind you she was talking to the other people about me.... in front of me.. . I guess thinking i would argue or get loud or something. 1. I have a heart condition im not going to fight with you. 2. I work in customer service, i know arguing with you wont help not one thing. It's highly unprofessional to talk poorly about a costumer at all! Plus, no one was talking to her. I wasn't being a jerk or mean , or anything just expressed that i was upset that it happened. She should be ashamed treating anyone like that needing her help to i dunno keep living? Sorry i was upset that it seemed like i was being pushed aside while knowing i need you to help me keel my heart regulated that day. Geez. This is a very extremely rude store. I have been coming to the store for years I used to live down the street from here. First of all I did not know that they were not open 24 hours I have been out of town. The pharmacy to get air filled and nobody was helping anyone in when I asked where I was supposed to stand I was Snapchat die say just because we're not standing there doesn't mean we're not helping anyone. How am I supposed to know there was a gentleman in front of me standing there with no one helping him . When the customer went off on me I asked was there any pharmacies open 24 hours because I have been out of town and he just looked at me like had nothing but rudeness to say.. I guess the CVS is turned completely ghetto I will never return here again after being a customer for 20 years. Really do something about the personality I was greeted with arms wide open and all the CVS is in Florida where I just came from . That is not what happened here. my dog is on two very important medications. The vet called it over to them 4 times. on a Friday I called. They said they had the Rx and it was being processed. I went to go get it at the designated time (6:30 pm): no Rx. The person told me it wasn't even in the system. This happened again at: 8:30 pm, 10:30 pm, and 12:30 am. each time I had to wait on hold for at least 20 mins; 2 times it was over 40 mins! My vet called it in again on Saturday. They said they had it and I can coins get it. I thought for a text message alert saying they were ready. I get there (this is now my 6th time going there) and guess what....NO Rx!!!!! I finally had to get my vet to use another pharmacy. The vet called it in; 20 mins later I had it. I also had the same problem with my own RX. I kept calling and they kept telling me they didn't even have me in the system. I had to call my doctor 3 times. The doctor finally called and POOF, they found it!!! So, the moral of the story: I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! The absolute worst. And instead of trying to help me they just treated me like I was an idiot and had no idea what I was talking about. DO. The dumbest, most incompetent pharmacy ive ever been to. awful customer service too. wish i could give zero stars. Would switch but all the pharmacies on the peninsula are just as horrible. Cant even remember how many times theyve straight up hung up on me. read more
