We went in this evening, myself, 2 kiddos and my husband. We all needed our flu shots and did not want to wait for the base to get them in stock a month from now. It's did take sometime sorting throughout the insurance, but the staff at the pharmacy were amazing! They were so kind, patient and friendly. They had a full line for both the drive thru and in the store. The man working the drive thru was so calm and polite to all his customers. The woman who administered all our shots was so kind and did well with our kiddos. Our kiddos surprised her with how well they handled their shot. This pharmacy was seriously amazing!!!

This was the 1 hour wait

Unattended to phone calls for over an hour, my wife needed her medication before the next day before 10, so we called the night before only to wait for an hour for no one to pick up. I call the pharmacy this morning to check on the status of prescription right at 9 and some way some how they can't answer the phone and apparently their are 3 or more people in front of me.

I took this after waiting 15 minutes as the only 2 employees in the store checked out 40 people. I'm still waiting.

Do not get your prescription sent here, the wait here is utterly ridiculous inside and out. Short-staffed is definitely a understatement.

My mother and I--both well-educated visited this beauty supply store and were treated with disrespect and racism by the owner, who is Asian. From the moment we walked in, we were overly surveilled and made to feel like suspects rather than customers. While shopping for wigs, I considered purchasing a $400 wig that was advertised as "100% human hair." As any informed customer would, I briefly ran my fingers through the wig to test its density and quality. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was reprimanded, and falsely accused of damaging the merchandise. I ultimately decided to buy other items totaling $113 but, after witnessing his behavior, I could not in good conscience give him my business. As an entrepreneur myself, I respect store policies and the rights of business owners, but customers also deserve dignity, transparency, and respect. What disturbed me most was how the owner appeared to record my mother as she expressed her disappointment in his handling of the situation. She and her employees frequent the store. Given that the majority of his customer base appears to be people of color, this treatment is especially troubling. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but racism, surveillance, and customer mistreatment are never acceptable. My decision not to purchase from this store was an intentional stand against discrimination. We will not be returning, and I encourage others in our community to support businesses that truly value and respect us.

***MICROBLADING AND LASH SERVICE*** Well...I'm not sure…read morewhere to start. I went to Melissa for lash extensions a total of 3 times, along with getting my brows tinted 2 times. She did a really good job on my temp brow tint. The last time, The lashes and the style she did was good but for some reason her lashes (mink extensions) fall off within a week or so. (That's never happened to me the five years I've been getting lash extensions from different tech's across the world) Most say, it's cheap glue or they're not using enough glue to keep the customer coming back for the lash service. Anyway, I went to her for the EYEBROW microblading service she was offering. I went for the initial service then I went back for the follow up. In between scheduling for the follow up she was unprofessional in scheduling for the service that I had already paid for. She stood me up twice. Both times I was in route to her house for the service. I understand life happens...but she didn't follow up with me until I was at almost to her house BOTH times AFTER I had to verify the appointment (that's about a 25-30 Uber). Me, the customer I had to verify was she willing to finish her job on my brows. The first time, I told the lashes fell off within 7 days of the fill. She said okay....we scheduled an appointment then she stood me up. Providing customer service, she should've provided a solution to problem. Not keep creating problems for a paying customer. Then to compound all of that....the ink and technic that she used for microblading my brows the ink FADED! there were NO "hair like strokes" on my eyebrows. I followed up with her with photos and a video of my brows telling her I didn't like them. All she said was "I see the ink faded" the time frame wasn't that far apart. Maybe a month. If you want to waste your time and money, by all means she the perfect one for the service! (This review is based off of my personal experience from her business. verify photos and text messages.)

I've had such a great experience-with the front office ladies, and the doctor, But at the final end of the paperwork and everything else, I just couldn't handle the fact that she kept talking down to me and my husband and I was just done with this lady. Who I felt insulted us because we are insurance paid, told me my lipo is more expensive because of the fact I'm not paying out of pocket for my own BR.. it would be 1732 if I were, but since I'm not my lipo is 2045.... for just the abdominal area. I'm like, super offended, I felt she was talking down to us the whole time, told me that the doctor is only getting about $1700 for my procedure as it and she is so not making lipo any less expensive... it was just like who are you and why are you here;( the military discount shows on the website but it's not given to all, she made me pull it up ok the website, mind you my husband sitting right next to me in uniform. We were made to feel bad because we were asking for it, then it was again stated since he's already not getting paid much for my procedure I really shouldn't be getting the discount but since I was already upset she would take the $80.00 off but that's it. More and more insults kept coming. long story short I finally asked for someone else to finish my paperwork and I would get back to second young lady in regards to how long before we have to have the lipo paid for and a decision made. Give us time to think about it, at least for the night. Since all that was said was she would call me back in the am, the new lady never called so I called the next am and said we wanted to do the lipo but I had a few more questions, about traditional lipo if he felt I needed to do more lipo? Just because ANN had me all confused, upset, and made to feel like because I have insurance to pay it wasn't an okay, If I was asking questions it wasn't okay, that we were inconveniencing her with having to deal with our insurance paid selves. So I called again - few hours later that same day to see what was going on and why the prescriptions were not sent in and how I could pay for the lipo now that I decided to move forward, despite the poor communication and disrespect we encountered with ANN, the office sales manager. I was blown off numerous times and finally my last call was taken by the nurse and she stated I would need to sign more paperwork, and that Stacy the second girl we've been working with would call me back that she was at lunch. 2 hours later still nothing, so I just headed up to the office. I was immediately taken back by a gloating ANN, and left to sit in the back office for 15 mins to have DR. KANTER, Greet me with a letter not even a hello, he handed me a letter a week before my surgery saying he will not be able to do it based on mutual interests, which for me were not mutual. I felt comfortable, I felt safe and that we were i on the same page. Dr. Kanter never offered me a real reason except it was based on his " decision tree," that he came to that decision and that he felt uncomfortable. I said okay please help me with understanding how I can not repeat this in the future and he said I've made my decision, and I'm sorry. Never once offering a response. The office manager stood over me and it was a very intimidating experience and cold, something completely different from the fake Illusion that's offer at the beginning. Stay far away! If they will do it to one person they will do it again!

Dr. Kanter did nothing to resolve the matter and ignored my request to speak with him despite my appointment. Ann busted into my exam and began yelling and being hostile towards me, asking what do you think your doing, what are you doing here? I was confused and mortified. I do not recommend this location as the office manager told me I had to leave because it was my second appointment and I didn't book a surgery! I videoed the ordeal but couldn't upload it as proof.
