The most inefficient pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You call to speak with someone they pick up & hang up vs just being upfront and honest about why they can't assist you right now. No call backs offered, just straight disconnect. Then the last time I went to get my RX filled I was told it would be done at 5pm, I showed up & was told that the employee was new & my prescription actually hasn't even been placed for fill.... Then I call my Dr only to find out she sent it not once but twice & asked me to call her when I got to the pharmacy if there were any further issues. I get back to riteaid only to find out the employee was looking under refill vs new order. (Idk how any of this works, just going off what her coworker said). I'm not sure if this location is under manned & my intention isn't to dog them or to be rude.. my hope is that someone sees this & actually cares what people are dealing with. I'm asking for management to step up & make a positive change. If they need more training, give it to them. If they are facing hardship, talk to them. If they are short provide for them. Because your customers are suffering badly. It's beyond ridiculous. read more

This is the worst Rite Aid Pharmacy I have ever been too. They are slow as heck and when there is a line they have 8 people working filling orders and one person on the register When you do eventually get to the counter you have to deal with a associate who has a bad attitude. No hello no nothing. I'm not ever going to shop there again. I have sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes with one car in front of more I really hope this is one of the stores slated to close. You would think that with all the one and two star reviews management would have taken some action. Guess it's too much to ask people to actually do thier job. read more

Get the employees that work in the pharmacy to get to work on time. I was there to pick up a much needed medication at 9 am and the pharmacy was not open at 915 am so I left and came back at 1010am and still not open. Close this place down to save us from a bad pharmacy. Don't answer phones. Then you come in and they tell you something sent in by doctor the day before not even entered and they are 10 days behind! Act like I'm putting them out that I'm sick. So waiting for them to fill or who knows when I'll get my medicine. We took our elderly mom today (12/24/23), to pick up her prescription Medication that she received a call at home that it was ready for pick up. We arrived to the pharmacy area to find out that it was not ready. We were told to wait for 30 minutes. This is a waste of a customer's time to wait around for 30 minutes for a medication Riteaid said it was ready. On top of that, I was in the pharmacy line behind mom and had two over the counter meds I wanted to pay for. When it was my turn to pay for these items, the counter pharmacy clerk young lady with long hair and glasses stated, could you pay for these at the front cashier? I responded well I am already in line. I asked her, you mean you can't pay for this here? She stated yes, you could. My thoughts are...why would you make a customer go to another line and wait some more? What difference does it make whether a customer pays at the front or at pharmacy checkout? Why so bureaucratic? They never answer the phone! I call non stop and when someone finally answers, I get put on hold for over 20 mins with no answer. I was in need of my pain medication after surgery. I called multiple times to the point they must of disconnected the phone or had it off the hook because then I kept getting busy dial tones and call didn't go through. This place is the worst!!! This store should honestly not be allowed to have a pharmacy, which is disappointing because there are not many available pharmacies in the Fox Hill/ Grandview area to choose from. The pharmacy is constantly late on filling prescriptions. They never answer the phone no matter how much you call. The pharmacy staff is rude and seems to be in constant chaos even with a full staff. The physical store is also poorly maintained with many empty shelves. I miss Walgreens. read more

please find another drugstore. my husband has diabetes and I have high blood pressure. my dr called in two prescriptions for my high blood pressure. they work together. Rite Aid text me to say they were out if one of the medications. I called the next day and they still don't have one .,the young lady in the pharmacy told me I could just take the one pill that they had. I told her she was not a Dr and that they both work together. I called Rite Aid back and asked to speak with the manager. a man with an Asian accent came to the phone. I described the situation he claims he doesn't know who talked to me. I told him to ask. The woman denied that she told me to take one pill. he said " well what do you want me to do? He obviously lied about being a manager. my husband's prescriptions for his diabetes medication is often not available. I asked them what kind of drugstore runs out of medication? Who is managing their inventory? people depend on their medication but it is not important to them. why are they in business? I will be transferring my prescriptions next time. read more

Why every single time I use the Rite Aid of Foxhill do I have nothing but problems with something that seems so simple?! Last time they didn't tell me that it was going to take 3 days to get a prescription and my daughter was suffering with really severe poison ivy. This time they tell me that my children's prescriptions aren't ready bc they failed to ask for the correct information then yell at me for not giving it to them when I made sure to call and give them the information. We're hardly ever able to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Tonight it took calling back numerous times over the course of 30 minutes to finally get someone to answer the phone. Then the person that answered was extremely rude as they are every time. I understand being busy. I don't understand being lazy and nasty. read more

This store is really nice looking, and the employees at the front of the store were friendly. However, the pharmacy (the reason why I went to this Rite Aid) was horrendous. The employees working in the pharmacy were super slow, inattentive, rude, and frankly couldn't care less. I was there for much longer than expected and there wasn't even a long line to begin with. It seems like many people have problems using this pharmacy, and I will definitely not be back. I wish it was a better experience because this Rite Aid is close to my house, and it is nice inside. The retail part of the store is wonderful, the staff is always friendly. The pharmacist, however, is rude and snippy. You go on or call because you have questions about a prescription. The woman I spoke to was impatient and rude. I explain I asking my questions because I didn't know enough about the drug prescribed or my options. She cut me off and was rude in her reply. I get they are understaffed and busy. But, I don't see the need for rudeness. I feel bad for the techs that have to work with her. Their work environment must be miserable. read more

After 10 mins (Another guest was in front of me) for pharmacist to say, rather rudely, they close at six (no sign posted w hours) and I can't get my allergy D medicine since I can only purchase at pharmacy (I understand I have to get it there). No pharmacy is fast.. but this is exceptionally slow. I'm in line at the pharmacy, next to be served. As she finishes up the guy in front of me, a car pulls in the driveway. She then leaves the counter and serves the drive up next, leaving me there.. Another time, went to pick up 2 prescriptions. Get there and find out the insurance denied one so they didn't fill it. I asked how much did it cost.. the answer, $4. I can pay that myself thank you.. well OK, come back in 2 hours and we'll have it ready. Ridiculous! read more

Pharmacy: Convenience does not always make up for service. While I have tolerated a lack of customer service and down right rudeness, I've hit my limit and would prefer to drive further for another pharmacy who trains employees to be polite and actually helpful. Cashier: I usually get okay service, but there are a few ladies who seem miserable to work (and say as much when I ask how they are doing) and reek of smoke. Overall, it's just not welcoming at all, which is a shame since it's nice and clean and close to the neighborhood. read more

Every time I come into this location sale items are never in the computer and they have to take time to call a manager to look it up. Never more then one person checking people out either. The only plus today was the woman putting away beauty products, she was delightful. read more

This place has the worst pharmacy. Consider going elsewhere. The people are really nice but they never have the prescriptions ready in a timely manner nor do they let you know when they are ready. I at least get a call from CVS when mine is ready. I went at 2 to pick up my prescription and it wasn't ready after the doc called it in at 11. Was told to come back at 4 and waited 5 minutes for them to find it and it still wasn't ready. I don't have time to wait or make multiple trips. Consider a different pharmacy. The workers here are so friendly and helpful. This particular location seems smaller than others I have been to but it still is easy to navigate through. This location is near the Farm Fresh, AMC Lowes movie theater, and restaurants. read more
