    Gym weights

    Ordered from Walmart.com and the driver left $800 and 600lbs of gym weights thrown across my walkway in the rain and busted the containers open in the process. To get a refund or news weights shipped out, I have to purchase a roll of bubble wrap for $25, rewrap them, carry the 600lbs of weights back outside, wait for them to pick up and process the return, wait... then place another order and do it all over again. I'm just keeping the damaged weights and writing bad reviews on every website I can find because this is nonsense.

    Ordered online for the first time. Ordered a big Christmas bow and received 6 mini red and white bows. Everyone makes mistakes even though these bows were completely different. Took it back the next day found the correct bow. Went to CS and the lady didn't see the mini bows on the receipt so she called a team leader. Let me say she was not pleasant. She doesn't smile etc even though I asked her how she was and everything. I was first trying to find the info on the phone where I did the return for receiving the wrong item. She cut me off and she said I just need the order number. I said oh OK and I gave her the order number. That's when she couldn't find the mini bowls on the receipt so she called a team leader. while we were waiting, she said she had to call a team leader because she did not see those bows on the receipt. I'm thinking to myself I know she don't think that I'm bringing back a $2.48 pack of bows for something that cost $4.48 and lying about it. I said all I know is that I receive these bows instead of this one and I just want to receive the right bow. She said well that's not my problem. That's an online order and I have nothing to do with that I'm in the store and she had a big attitude. I said I did not blame you for anything. I know you're just doing your job and it s not your fault I didn't blame you for anything did I? She said I was just letting you know I said well you don't have to do that and I said what is wrong with you. She said nothing. I was just saying we don't have anything to do with online orders. I did cut her off that time and I said I didn't blame you for anything and you need to drop the attitude. She said she didn't have a attitude and I just was quiet after that because I didn't want to go back-and-forth. It was just very unpleasant and I wanted to be done with it. The team leader came. She said they probably just dropped them in there and to give me the other bow no big deal but I wanna tell you just from the first time of ordering something online that woman was so unpleasant and the whole experience was so unpleasant. I would not go back to Cunningham Drive. I didn't realize that I had chose that store anyway I thought it was the one on Jefferson now I see why they only have one and a half stars and I don't ever go there to shop at that particular store because it is really ghetto. Below is the bow I ordered versus the one I received. I ordered the bigger one and receive the smaller ones, but a six pack.

    If you choose to do online groceries directly on the Walmart app, please do not choose this store! Or better yet, find another app to order groceries on your behalf so that you don't get crappy customer service. If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would because they have messed up my order two different times in many different ways this week. But I'll be focusing on the online grocery experience. I had ordered online, because my partner has COVID. I figured it was best to just have the stuff delivered even if it took another day and you pay $9.95 for shipping. I learned that a Walmart employee (from the Walmart store you choose) shops for you and a Doordash driver picks up your order and delivers it to your place. You choose the time your groceries get delivered, and I chose 6-7 PM. I got a notification that my stuff was being prepared at around 5:27 PM. My groceries did not arrive until 8PM, and some of the meats clearly hadn't been frozen well because my meats had thawed out and the package for the chicken breasts was pretty much liquidy as you guys can see on the picture. On top of that when the delivery finally arrived, they got my shit mixed up with someone else's groceries. Not just one bag, but 8 or more bags full of stuff that was not mine! I didn't keep them. I returned them back to the Doordash driver and told them they were not mine. I feel sorry for the person who had ordered those knowing that they will probably not get it back. I had to double check all the bags I had in front of the driver which was so risky because (although I tested negative) I was still exposed to COVID and the last thing I want to do is try to sort through wrongly packed groceries with strangers. The whole point of me ordering online was to avoid having to interact with other people. When I finally got everything figured out and started putting my stuff away, I realized that some of the fresh produce that they gave us were not fresh at all. I had to dispose of some of them. They gave me a squishy potato, squishy garlic bulb that has evidently gone bad, an apple scratched open, a bad red onion and lord knows what else. I'll probably find more crap when I start cooking tomorrow. They had my potatoes and oranges scattered in different bags, and my tomatoes sitting underneath meats. They also had my orders inside of the groceries that weren't mine and I had to dig for them. Seriously, wtf is up with all of that? Unfortunately you can't even leave any feedback, explains why I'm saying all of this here. I wish they would take more responsible for their bs ass work. They instead ask you to rate the driver who delivered your stuff. This doesn't make sense because the person that delivered my stuff had absolutely nothing to do with Wal-mart. It was a Doordash employee. Get it together!

    Complaint. Managers need to take notice on this. Parking for disabled needs to be fixed. I came yo the store to shop and my mom drove separately to meet me. My mother is disabled and parked. When she came around the front of the car, toward the store, she tripped and fell on the parking block that was not in the right spot. Somehow it was at an angle instead of straight in front of the parking spot / car like normal. The thing is, she fell and no one helped her. She called me while she was on the ground to come and help her. i was in the store and i rushed out to her to help her up. A few other people saw me running out of the store and came to help me get her up. Pictures say it all. As a follow on, i had to drive her car after that because she was shaken up. We directly drove over to have dinner at Olive Garden,. She hobbled in and then she could barely get back up. She is getting checked out of a Dr soon.

    Not the nicest or best Walmart I've ever been in but it does have products you need at good prices.
