The young lady didn't make room for me to look, but hey, we're still kinda in the midst of COVID, so I made my way to an opposite wall where I looked at a shirt. It didn't have a price so I asked a second young lady, "How much?". She acted as though I was bothering her when she came over, looked at it, told me the price (without making any eye contact), and then went back behind the counter. That's when I noticed the first young lady, that was previously at the earrings, went behind the counter. The bell went off in my head, "oh she works here." It was at that moment, I said, "Let's go!" I realized they were both being rude and possibly didn't want "me" in the store. I was going to keep it to myself, but my friend said, "Wow she was rude." They must be raking in the bucks, so I'll spend my money somewhere else...and so will all my friends.

The cinema really isn't the worst, the matinee prices are great and they accept military discount so Tuesdays are a great excuse to catch a movie for 5 bucks. You can walk around and go in and out of the shops as you please; Victoria's Secret, H&M, Francesca's, Bath & Bodyworks, Barnes & Noble and Finish Line (which is grand for fitting you with the correct running shoes for YOU in mind, and offers 20% military discount). The Bad: Shops don't seem to be able to stay open around here. I've seen a few come and go over the years and it sucks. And don't get me started on the additional PTC tax... but that's a story for another day. So overall, not bad Peninsula Town Center, still plenty of work to be done though!

Granted a few racks were empty, while others slim to none, I still managed to walk out with some great finds. The fitting rooms were open, but I usually opt to try on clothes at home and if they do not work I'll return the next day. But today about noon, the store wasn't busy at all. It's refreshing to shop without bumping into folk whole pushing a cart through the tight aisle. Parking was plentiful. Checkout was a breeze. I checked out all the departments except purses and shoes. And I found something in every department. I love Ross! Something for everyone in here! I highly recommend this location. Have fun! This is a hard review to write. But, this store maybe slipping because of covid, or something…read morethese. But, it's slipping. Of course that is not something I want to see. Not one worker acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store... well not until I checked out. The cashier was kind though. You could tell she was overwhelmed... maybe a manger trying to get by during hard times. But, she out a smile on her face and treated me respectfully. The store was not very clean. Dust was all over so many products. See photos. The store is very large and houses clothes for women, men and kids. I saw nothing for plus size even in the mens. The largest I came across in the mens was an XL. I'm not sure I'll be back, nor with my 14 year old girl.

My secret? Buy online, and then return in store here. This store is small, they have a fitting room in the center of the store by the check out area, but this H&M covers a good variety.
