The vaporizer I got was "meh", I wouldn't recommend it, but as he said, it was what was available. Still not mad. I'm not the kind of person to hang out in a vape shop but this place had a great atmosphere. Speaking of juice, probably one of the best selections out there and reasonably priced. Overall, it's simple. If you're within 20 miles of 7CV, drive there.

I walked in this afternoon and asked to test a flavor on one of their mods..... the lady asked me to taste the juice on my finger. I told her I refuse to put my fingers in my mouth due to it being FLU season..... I asked her where her mods were to test vape the juice. She said the owner does not allow the customer to test the juice in a mod. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE BACK IN THIS STORE AGAIN.

You know I like Avail for several reasons. Bright, well lite store. Many varieties of e-liquids to…read morechoose from and they have some really good deals. Customer service is friendly but not always very helpful. Let me explain. When I brought my first vape, the staff took the time to go over it with me, you know, show me how to set it up, use it and the whole nine yards. On this particular visit at this store, they did not do that. Their were two staff members there but only one was attending to the customers. I didn't have the person feel like I use to have. I notice at this store they have a new staff, they don't really compared to the previous staff, less knowledgeable and not really in tune with the customer. However they did make sure I got all the discounts. Not bad, but I have seen better from them.

She was being a ..... point was I only had the mod for 2 minutes and because it was opened she wasn't even willing to help me. Also, her attitude was just so nasty. I'd say that when they're trying to sell you something they act all nice, but once there's an issue (customer) staffs don't know how to handle it properly. They were just so unprofessional. Plus+ vape juice that tastes disgusting costs $15 for a 15ml bottle. Seriously? I do NOT recommend this store at all. If you are a fan of avail, then you might want to go to a different location unless you're desperate.
