They are very knowledgeable of the products they have because every time I see something I wanna buy; I wanna know what it is, what it does, and what it can be used for. If they don't have a certain product in the store I go too, they normally call around to their other shops to hold it for me if they have it, and their other 3 store are 10-15min away from each other. Sometime they have specials going on pieces of glass and artwork. I really like their honor system where you earn a point for each dollar ($) you spend, and you can either choose to get store credit on your points or if you save up enough you may be able to earn a new work of art.
