When I brought my first vape, the staff took the time to go over it with me, you know, show me how to set it up, use it and the whole nine yards. On this particular visit at this store, they did not do that. Their were two staff members there but only one was attending to the customers. I didn't have the person feel like I use to have. I notice at this store they have a new staff, they don't really compared to the previous staff, less knowledgeable and not really in tune with the customer. However they did make sure I got all the discounts. Not bad, but I have seen better from them.

She was being a ..... point was I only had the mod for 2 minutes and because it was opened she wasn't even willing to help me. Also, her attitude was just so nasty. I'd say that when they're trying to sell you something they act all nice, but once there's an issue (customer) staffs don't know how to handle it properly. They were just so unprofessional. Plus+ vape juice that tastes disgusting costs $15 for a 15ml bottle. Seriously? I do NOT recommend this store at all. If you are a fan of avail, then you might want to go to a different location unless you're desperate.

Professional yet very relatable. Well-spoken, calm, and presentable .. all plays a part of being professional at work; well done guys. No public restroom here but there is a Subway just two doors down. Large product displays and the store looks well kept. The price range(s) match the product quality. I recently turned 21 about a month ago and decided to go and attempt to purchase THC products legally with my ID on hand. upon entering the smoke shop we were not greeted, which is fine and when I went up to the woman working at the register and asked her if they had any cartridges or THC products available because I could not see them she said something I could not understand and then proceeded to point at my phone in my pocket and made comments about how it was cracked. This was fine and when I tried to redirect the conversation, she proceeded to tell me yes we do have carts in a very short tone and when I asked her well, how much are they? Where are they? She proceeded to tell me they were $55 cash and she would not sell them to me any other way. I'm assuming that she said this to me because she assumed I was under age but She never once asked to see my ID And didn't offer help with anything else. During this whole interaction, I watched two other customers go up to the register and purchase items with no issue and they did not use cash. I ended up leaving the store, feeling very disregarded and disrespected and uncomfortable with the interaction. Nothing I was doing was illegal, and everything was assumption based Which is completely unfair and very unprofessional when it comes to having a business. Also, I must add that once I decided to leave the store no words were said to me by the woman working the register, and the conversation was ended abruptly after feeling disrespected. I will definitely not ever be bringing my business to the store and will not recommend it to any of my other friends who use THC products or smoke. Take your business elsewhere to people who will treat you well.
