This is my new favorite vape shop! The down-to-earth amosphere and customer service are unmatched for me as a relatively new vaper. Since this is a very small shop, customers are greeted with personal attention. I'm like Goldilocks when it comes to vaping - I have trouble finding the flavors and gear that are JUST RIGHT. The folks at Master Vapor are very helpful and patient with my questions. I've always felt very comfortable trying all the flavors and asking for advice, whereas some other local places I've visited are just a bit too aloof or seem to be geared toward experienced vapers. The juices are all top quality and priced well. There seems to be just enough selection-- not too few, yet not so much that it's overwhelming. All the test tanks are out on the bar and a couple of "menus" are available to help take the guesswork out of the more creative names. They'll also happily recommend juices suited to your taste and help you find the perfect flavor. While I have to agree with other reviewers who said the tester tanks are a bit awkward and the hardware is priced just a touch higher than other shops, it's not enough that it turns me away. In fact, in my opinion it's a fine trade-off for the stellar service. read more

I'm an extremely picky vaper. I normally go into a store and feel lucky if I manage to find one juice I like. That was not the case here. I couldn't find one juice I did NOT like. I had to restrain myself, and ended up going home with 4 bottles. These guys (this store) sure has good taste in juice!!!! And the service was excellent! They gave complete attention to the customers they were helping, weren't too busy vaping their own gear and blowing huge clouds in the customers' face, which is often the case in other stores. In fact I didn't notice them vaping at all. I surely didn't feel I was bothering them when asking to try another flavour - in fact I didn't even have to ask. They quickly figured out what flavours we like, and stood there ready with a new one to try all the time. I was blown away by the quality of the juice selection and the customer service. We'd be back next weekend if it wasn't for the fact that they told us they've just opened another store very close to our home :) I hope the customer service is as good there, or we'll be back at Shore Drive. read more

My husband and I came here about a week and a half ago because all of his friends had suggested getting a vaporizer to help him stop smoking. Well, we were completely blown away from the very beginning. It's in a very convenient location and the building is very quaint and inviting on the outside. When you walk in it's very sleek, black walls, clear glass cases with all of the products laid out nicely and organized in a way that even the most inexperienced person will understand what they're looking at. They have a nice selection of flavors that are, again, organized very well. We were greeted immediately by a very pleasant woman who walked us through every step of the process. She explained, in detail, everything my husband could possibly need to know about his new vaporizer. She was extremely helpful and very sweet, she made our experience an unforgettable one. I can come in there 3 to 4 times in one day with a question or issue and they are always so happy to help! , have an excellent way of explaining the flavors and blends as you're testing them from their full servi They have a very nice selection of all types of juices. Their point system is best around. The equipment is extremely reasonably priced. They will clean your tank and prime your coils for you with a smile. I like the option of buying individual coils instead of a whole pack. This is a FANTASTIC shop! I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I entered the shop. Large variety of e-liquids and hardware! They have anything you could possibly need. But that's not the best part. The staff is very friendly, smart, knowledgeable and eager to answer any question I had. I ended up buying a new tank from them which was at a very good price! The staff showed me exactly how to set it up and use the new tank. I couldn't ask for better service nor could I provide any feedback on how to improve as they are flat out phenomenal! I'm so glad I stopped in. I'm from out of state and was in town for a meeting. I'm a vaping "baby" and I'm still figuring out the flavors and strengths I like best. I'm learning about all the hardware options and honestly sometimes it seems a little intimidating. Not only did I get to pull up a chair to the flavor bar (you MUST try his top shelf juices!) but he took the time to really educate me when it came to the hardware options. His shop had a nice atmosphere and was in a location I wouldn't mind if I was seen in if you know what I mean. Some vape shops are a bit creepy. I was very comfortable here I prefer to support family owned businesses and I LOVE it when they support the military. So glad they offer a military discount! But discount or not, I would go back. Super friendly!! The staff greeted my wife and me with a very welcoming handshake and first names. They made it a a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They weren't "salesmen" trying to sell you the most expensive product. Aaron and Austin were both extremely knowledgeable of their product. Aaron suggested flavors based on my taste. Their flavor menu was very descriptive on what was included in the flavor. Although I ended up going with a couple of Five Pawn's flavors, the other types were offered, but the flavor of the Five Pawns sold itself. Great vape store. The crew was very friendly and helpful. My carribean mod had recently took a turn for the worst and i needed a cheap replacement until i could fix it or get another. I walked in and was greeted promptly and they asked me what i needed. Though most of the selection of mods that are available are clones, they are mostly great quality clones. They have a decent selection of e - liquid and all flavors are available to try at their bar, if you drip, you may want to ask the clerk for the sample bottles. As a brand new customer I had an issue with a purchase and after returning to the shop they took the time to troubleshoot the problem and after confirming that it was not human error I was immediately provided with a replacement item. Ive been coming to this shop for a few months. Out of curiosity I stopped by another shop today just to check out their juice line. Never again will I stray from Master Vapor.
