They have one of the best selection in the Hampton Roads area. You can find your popular named sticks along with boutique brands as well. Smoke shack also encourages feedback and suggestions on what sticks to bring in. Another reason I like coming here is because of the lounge and the smoking hours that they hold. There are two TVs that have a seating area lined with leather couches and recliners. Along with this relaxed atmosphere the lounge comes with some pretty awesome regulars that enhance the smoking experience. They host cigar events where vendors come with swag and some pretty good deals on boxes and bundles. One of my fondest memories here was when I watched the National Championship game here. It was an awesome time and they stayed open late so we could watch the entire game. No other cigar shop in town was doing that, major points in my book. My only gripe about this location is the lounge is a little small but I think it is designed that way to feel like you're in your buddy's man cave having a stick. Though I come here solely for cigars; you can get cigarettes, vape products, lottery tickets and snacks here too. Now that I am having cigars for myself I've been asking the staff some questions about the items they have. I haven't asked the female workers because they don't seem to interested in what you chose while you're in the cigar room. They have a decent range of cigars in the room dedicated to cigars. The one guy I asked for advice gave me a ton along with telling me about the sampling nights that they have at their location on Lynnhaven. This location is a decent size with one side dedicated to vapor smoking. I took a peek in there and there is a bar to sit at and enjoy some television while you vape. You can get loose leaf tobacco for self rolled cigarettes and pipes. Lighters, torches, humidors, cigarette rollers, papers and just about everything else can be found here. After unsuccessful attempts to include nicotine patches and nicotine gum the only obvious option to try next was vaping... When we first walked in we were greeted by their friendly staff. As soon as we mentioned it was our first time visiting Justin engaged us and was very informative and helpful. He asked Dave several questions to see which options were best for him. He educated us on the different mods. Dave didn't want a big bulky one. Instead he preferred one that could fit in his hand or pocket easily. Justin thoroughly explained all the different mod features. He ended up choosing the Smok AL85 which fit his hand nicely. Next, he sampled a few juices before choosing a flavor. Since he smoked menthols, Justin selected a few juices that contained menthol. After Dave purchased his new mod Justin showed him how to prime it before use. Again, he did a great job explaining the mod and all the different features. I thought it was pretty cool how it has a feature where you can control the amount of puffs you take in a day if you choose to set a limit. He even discussed the "proper" way to vape... with a practice session of inhaling prior to Dave taking his first puff. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service.
