As soon as we mentioned it was our first time visiting Justin engaged us and was very informative and helpful. He asked Dave several questions to see which options were best for him. He educated us on the different mods. Dave didn't want a big bulky one. Instead he preferred one that could fit in his hand or pocket easily. Justin thoroughly explained all the different mod features. He ended up choosing the Smok AL85 which fit his hand nicely. Next, he sampled a few juices before choosing a flavor. Since he smoked menthols, Justin selected a few juices that contained menthol. After Dave purchased his new mod Justin showed him how to prime it before use. Again, he did a great job explaining the mod and all the different features. I thought it was pretty cool how it has a feature where you can control the amount of puffs you take in a day if you choose to set a limit. He even discussed the "proper" way to vape... with a practice session of inhaling prior to Dave taking his first puff. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service.
